I´m a member of Global Resorts Connections and can tell you first hand that this timeshare business is a complete scam. I´ve complained so many times that I feel like I am going around the bend.

I am ashamed to say that like a fool I signed up with Global Resort Connections and spent what I can only describe as small fortune ($50, 000 USD) on membership only to find out two weeks later that the whole scheme was a complete scam. But by that time the 5 day period to rescind had passed and now I am stuck with 2 grossly overpriced timeshare weeks one of which of can´t use. The 2nd week for purchased because the sales rep at Krystal told me I could rent my timeshare week because “There are millions of vacationers who would like to enjoy the benefits of staying in a spacious condominium on vacation, but who don't own a vacation package of their own yet. Renters are simply vacationers who find themselves needing larger units with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and kitchens. Also, most of these vacation ownership properties are only available for their Members enjoyment and are off limits to the outside vacation world. By listing your week for marketing, you give someone else the opportunity to stay in a larger than average room at an exclusive, members only resort…” this statement was and still is a complete an utter lie or at the very least a gross misrepresentation of the truth.

The worse part is my credit card Company still honours the purchase despite the fact that Global Resort Connections have not done anything that they said they would be in verbal and written contract. Despite my numerous and frequent attempts to contact Global Resort Connections I am unsuccessful in getting a straight answer or reason why my timeshare week has not been rented and why I recieve zero benefits and advantages that membership was supposed to provide me.

Don´t believe anything that the reps at Krystal tell you, and don´t invest any money into timeshare because it isnt an investment, more importantly do not trust Global Resort Connections.
You have been warned…

I agree very few tourists have the misfortune to stay in a mid low quality resort as Kristal. The sales persons and the agencies offer false and misguided information, the deals are unrealistic and very good to be true. Their last resort is to say we can't guarantee any results, you should have told me that 10 months ago after a complete chain of lies about just waiting and waiting I have a list of people whom I can sell the vacations week myself and I don't have to pay 1000 American to an agency to not do anything and to not guarantee any results. I have a real property of my own not a timeshare and I told the sales person nevertherless I believed on them to but this timeshare to find out that is a false and misguided assumption. I was fooled by the cheap wine and the lies of the salesman. This is a breach of contract, I asked to talk to the manager and they not even have a manager. Other results have sales of their timeshares Kristal doesn't instead they want you to pay another 1000 dollars American per person to use your vacation weeks not on the high season of course at their convenience. Is not that what other travel agencies offer for the same price and without paying a monthly installment? the cruises that they offer you are a complete lie just go to any website and you find the same or better price. The reward cards are fake you can't use the money for hotel you can't use it for flights and guess what any popular website gives you even better prices $5 dollars savings for any purchase; I get better deals in my local mall. I hope they provide their fake promises by February or I'm going to launch a complaint on national T.V. and I will make it public to other families in by email communication to inform more than 20 million people.
