Global Operative Solutions LLC review: The owner still hasn't paid all sums to his employees 6

My friend and I worked for the company Global Operative Solutions LLC. We decided to share the information, because the company has financial problems and they haven’t paid all money to the staff. They owed money to us as well, and we have no idea when we would get our hardly earned money back. The owner tries to avoid everyone and we are very angry about it.

This company is nothing but a scam! Run fast and far! BELIEVE NOTHING THAT COMES FROM THE MOUTH OF ELIZABETH MENDEZ!

I agree with everything here 100%. They are a scam company. They get people to sign up for training, and they take their information (social security numbers, copies of ID, etc) and they sell it off for money. At the same time they use these people they "hire" to continue to make them self look like an active business because they actually have a large business loan out, and of course if they arent truly running a business, they could be arrested for loan fraud. So they keep going with the same cycle. Hire people, promise training and pay, do not pay, then "fire" them and hope to never hear from them again, then get a new group of people and do the same exact thing, over and over again, bad part for them is its catching up to them, I wont elaborate here on how or why because this is public and I don't want them tipped off. But an arrest is very close and the owner and her brother along with her nephew have NO idea its coming. lol

I was one of the contractor that started with this company and sadly have to agree with the others that this business is not able to pay their employees. We are getting told on a weekly base that our pay will be transferred the following week, but that has never happened. Everything is ALWAYS blamed on the "client" but what they seem to forget is that we have NOT been hired by the client but by Global Operative Solutions LLC. That company still owes me a big amount of money that I am sure of I'll never see. They try to secure them-self by having us sign new contracts every now and then which I find pathetic. The last I heard from another contractor is that the Head of Operations is busier posting photo shopped selfies in FB on a daily base than to work on trying to get all of us paid. So my advise to everyone who reads this is to stay away from this company unless you don't mind working for "free".

I started with Global on October 12, 2015. I STILL HAVENT BEEN PAID. The latest pay date is scheduled for December 10. I contacted Beth via email yesterday and today and she won't even respond. I don't know how these ppl live with themselves!

I was one of the Contractors that started with this company in July 2015 and when it came time to pay her contractors Elizabeth Mendez continued to come up with excuses as to why she had not paid people. I got my pay via a direct deposit around 4-5 weeks after we were supposed to be paid. I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt due them being a new start up company. So when she began her second wave of training for another client I was on board with it. Then I was terminated after the first week of training for the most rediculous reasons and have not been paid. When asked when she will pay me she states that it is up to the client as to when I will be paid. However I did not contract with the client I contracted with Global Operative Solutions and that she and her company is who is responsible for paying me. She has recently told me not to contact her anymore regarding my pay.

The owner is not communicating or responding to emails about our pay! We are owed 2 weeks of pay at this point with no payment in sight! Global keeps blaming the "client" but we all know it's them that won't pay its the same excuse over and over. This is a repeat cycle with them we just want our money we have families to take care of all while they are not making this a priority! Take out a advance do whatever but we need paid TODAY!
