Global Migrate / Visa Embassy review: visa/job offer

Hello,
Me and my family have contacted Global Migrate in order to immigrate to Canada. We have been talking over the phone on several occasions with Nick, followed by Rachel. We have submitted all necessary documentation and paid the fee in full (£2450). We have been told that we will get all the approvals within 4 to 6 months. Of course, delayed happened. Once they started to apply for job offers on my husband's behalf, none of the potetial employer came back with an answer. When we started to ask for explanations, we were being told the same things over and over again. Of course, the job search is now finished and we still didn't get any answer. If we call them, they don't even bother to answer the phone and if they do, we get the same answer, like we are the unlucky persons who didn't get not even a job offer. We have been asking them for a refund as none of their services have been accomplished, but we didn't even get their reply in this respect.
We certainly need some legal advice as weare not willing to waste our money.
