Being a traveller by singapore airlines from shanghai to cochin on 19-01-2015, I faced poor service from silka irways connection flight from sinagapore to cochin I came by singapore airlines sq 831 from shanghai and the flight delayed one hour to singapore and landed 19.45 pm at changi, My connection flight sq 5368 sheduleded to depart at 20.20 air line staff contacted me at 19.50 and informed silkair sq 5368 staff we two passengers rushing over to board.at 20.11 we are infront of the gate and they denyed to enter, and the aircraft door is closed .after getting the information from airport staff sq 5368 staff left without taking us. We had lot of enguagement and buisness deals on 20-01-2015 at cochin, All spoiled by the silkair staff. Ihad aloss of 300000 due tothis, so kindly requesting to do the needful for helping me .
