First of all I like to ask for Eric Stout direct phone number and 2nd how long in advance do you usually gave them? How about when you used your express line? What's the point of having an EXPRESS LINE when there's nothing available anyway. My bf and I just has a problem booking to O'ahu Hawaii for Nov.09. I believe this is an off peak reason but yet they don't have anything available for us. We has became a member last 2 weeks (Aug.26, 09) Right after they gave us our member I.D. We requested for Nov. in O'ahu. We called and all they can say is "nothing is available that week and there is nothing we can do. You need to give us at least 120 days in advance." But I thought first of all, the month we're requesting is fall on OFF Peak season (60 days in advance). Second, before we sign up for this program, the sale rep. told us there shouldn't be any problem booking for Nov. to O'ahu. They should have something available for us. Now they are telling us that there's nothing they can do? By the way, the people on the phone was not friendly at all. Maybe they are so use to people getting upset when they told them there's NOTHING AVAILABLE. Honestly, I really think that this program is going to be very difficult to work with. If you have not signed anything, please take my advice. I am trying to find out how to cxl my membership..I hope there's a way to do it without me paying that membership fee ($6900) :( If you are out there with the same situation i'm in, please advice me on how to get my money back and avoid that membership fee. I would like to get out of the membership.

I bought in to Gov in June when I pressured on the beach to attend a meeting. Oh boy didn't sound good at the time. I have attempted multiple times to book a vacation on my schedule and nothing where I want to go. This is a waste of money and the 5 year Gaurantee should be granted and my membership canceled. O have called the office and they said I was out of my 7 day grace period, well that should not matter when you offer a money back gaurantee. For the amount of money I could have already taken a vacation at full price more than once.

My husband & I had almost the exact experience as the complaint above. We bought 18 vacations; tried for 3 different vacations (over the past year) and so far they haven't come thru. I'm currently trying to get a refund thru the BBB of Oklahoma. At this point they want to keep $1875 (of almost $5000) for their marketing expenses! Well, we never took the "free cruise", that wasn't free at all. I would have had to take 5 vacation days to stay on a boat for 2 nights, not worth it. So, they didn't accrue expenses for that from us. Also, we got a $100 Resturant.com card which we still have, and would be more than glad to send back. The only other thing they gave us was a leather notebook with all the info in it, which is in perfect condition, and we'd gladly send back. I don't think that adds up to $1875.00. During the presentation, we had to initial parts of the contract that says they aren't promising many different things. We questioned each and every one, and was told each & every time, "it's just a formality" "we can almost always find a place or use an affiliate" to get us where we want to go. We were blatantly lied to, and yes we signed it, and absolutely should not have! This company goes by so many different names it's hard to know who to talk to. The person that responded to my BBB complaint also has no phone number listed; hard to speak to the right person if you can't reach them by phone. I also looked them up on [redacted]s.com and there are many similar complaints there; mine will be there soon as well. I will be using every type of media possible to warn people to stay away from this company. Leslie of Oklahoma City

My husband and I were suckered into this program last year. Everything they tell you and promise you is a joke! Everything I have tried was either not available or more expensive than doing it myself. We pay every month for this program yet just got back from Cozumel, MX on a trip I booked myself through expedia. They couldn't help with anything in the Carribean. Said everything was booked 2-5 years in advance. That certainly didn't come up at the seminar. In fact the only thing they had was one place in the Dominican Republic and it was all-inclusive only. They said they don't pay for the all inclusive but you are required to purchase it at $79 per person per night. Well that's an additional $1100 and still haven't paid for airfare yet. Just attempted to book a cruise for my family of 10. Immediate total on the request submit form showed a price $990. Of course when they send you your quote to book it was now $6600 not inlcuding airfare and that was for inside, lower level rooms. So I went on expedia and could book the same cruise, same cruise ship, date, place for $5800. We don't have a lot of money but was interested in being able to take these fabulous vacations and thought this was the program that could make it happen so we only purchased 1 star credit. But as of today we are $1152 in the whole to them and would love to get our money back and/or join a class action lawsuit against them.

I am also looking to get out of this deal. I have not experianced anything negative or positive yet but agree that my husband and I got suckered also and I WANT OUT of this so called agreement. If anyone can help...please share. In today's time, we cannot afford to throw money away. If we can't benefit from vacations that were basically promised/what we agreed on...what good is this services. I WANT OUT!
