Global Air Pet Transport / Horrible services, stolen money

I needed to transfer my cat to another country. I used the company Global Air Pet Transport, and I paid about $500 for the transportation. But the day before the flight, the agent from the company sent me emails and told that my cat had invalid insurance, and they asked me to pay more and more. I understood that they simply wanted to take my money. I refused them and asked for the refund, but I still haven’t received money. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company.
