I've been using GlamourTress for a while now to buy affordable wigs, but I recently had a bad experience. I received a wig in the wrong color, even though the tag on the wig said it was the right color. It felt like they were trying to trick me.

When I tried to return the wig, I found out that their return policy is really unfair. They make the customer pay for shipping, and they charge a restocking fee of at least 20%. The fee can even go up to 50% for no good reason. Plus, you have to email them within a certain number of days to let them know you're returning the item. If they don't see your email, you're out of luck.

Honestly, this feels like a scam. They're just trying to make money off of people who want to buy wigs.

To make things worse, when I tried to contact them about the issue, I got an undeliverable email message. How am I supposed to return the wig if I can't even get in touch with them? I attached a picture of the email I got.

It seems like they (she) are operating out of someone's home and not a professional establishment. When I called to complain, they (she) blocked my number so I couldn't get through. This has happened to others as well.

It's not fair that customers have to deal with this kind of treatment. We've done our part by ordering and paying for our items, now it's their (her) turn to fulfill their end of the transaction. They (she) should be sending the correct items that were ordered, new and unused. If they (she) make a mistake, they (she) should correct it and keep their customers happy. I had a couple of bad experiences with the lady who runs GlamourTress. Let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. I had to file a dispute against her because she totally ignored me. I paid extra money to have the lace front wigs shipped out, but get this, she took my money but the wigs never got shipped out. Can you believe it? This is absurd! I asked to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. Instead, I received another wrong label weight.

It's now March/9/20, and I still have no answers about my previous order. I'm out of money, and the wrong items were sent to me. This is very unprofessional, and I hope GlamourTress.com will handle every customer with care. This company is a mess.
They sent me a wrong wig in the different color I never ordered. Absolutely different. I ordered the black one, got the red instead. Don't know what exactly happened and whose fault it is, as a customer I don't really care, I excluded my fault as I checked everything carefully before trying to contact them.
By the way, contacting them is a hopeless thing. Out of ten times, they picked up the phone just once. Knowing it may be the first and the last time I reached them I explained the situation with all the details and wanted to know what I had to do. They apologized and said they don't accept the returns. Why? I haven't even worn it.
I want you to refund in full, it's my right. I don't want you to think I won't fight for my money. So the story hasn't finished yet, but I want to warn you not to deal with them. You will regret.
