I'm writing this merly not to complain, but just to provide any information that may be useful to Gillette. You folks were great and generous to replace the defective Shaving gel canisters. I'm not asking for a replacement, however, this is one of the replacement canisters you had sent me. Unfortunately, this canister was brand new after removing the shrink wrap it did not dispense at all, although it's full. I thought to provide with the bar code this way you'll identify the lot number that it came from, I hope it's helpful.

We buy these at Costco in a 5 pk. We find that we have at least a 50% failure in the cans to finish dispensing. As an engineer I have examined the container with the label removed to find its piston in its original position. The lower section of the container is a compressed air or gas supply that leaks out of its poorly designed sealing system. A secondary chamber regulates the gas pressure at the underside of the piston. The can will function via its initial manufacturing charge in the secondary chamber until the pressure diminishes. Happens in a couple of uses. We cut the containers open and save the gel in an air tight container. Going to switch brands next.

I have used Gillette Guard blades over a 4 years. But recently I have buy this one pkt in which six no. of blades from store have MRP-
55/- ₹ & B.No. [protected] & manufactured by Gillette India Limited, Baddi Dist- Solan, HP- 173205.
The above mentioned product is found totally Misbranded when I taken it for use. No single hair cut by this blade during shaving. i.e. Alingment of blade and guard is not proper.
I want justification otherwise I will take help from Consumer forum.

My husband and I have been using this product for some years, but on many occasions we are unable to get the power beads to release from the top of the container. We had disposed on many full containers, but since this is a continual occurrence thought we should report it to Gillette.
It is not an inexpensive product and we do like the product, if we can get it to release. Please advise if there have been previous complaints.

My husband asked me to buy him another can of Gillette Shaving gel I said what about the three you have in the bathroom he replied by saying that the dispenser on them didn't work therefore he was unable to get all of the gel out of the can.
On inspection they all seemed to have quite a bit of gel left in them but no way would the spray device dispense any of it.
This is very annoying and a shear waste of our money.

What are you doing about this problem?
I am not going to buy him any more of this particular brand of shaving gel until I am confident this problem has been resolved by Gillette.

I am using your shaving gel for many years. I was always happy and satisfied by the quality of your products. And the higher price of your product worts because of the quality. Yesterday I was surprised by behavior of your shaving gel bottle. It is almost new and it does not have pressure inside to dose the gel. I feel that the bottle is full but I cannot use the content. When I press the button - nothing happens.
I have measured the weight 213-214 g
I took brand new bottle from the same gel the weight is 260g. If there are 170 ml I can imagine how much unusable qnty there is inside. The disappointment get bigger because the second bottle from the same batch was also defective. When I pressed the button it dosed some qnty then suddenly there was a kind of a noise from pressure coming out and then it just simply stopped.
Fortunately I was having third bottle from different batch and type (70198323E3, ocean breeze). It worked well. For helping your internal investigation I can provide some product details for the defective batch:

Are you sure that your product is having 2.5 years shelf life?
Please suggest solution options. I am not keeping any bill from my purchase.
I hope you will be customer oriented and that incident will never happened again and I will continue using your expensive and quality products.

Has Gillette changed materials, the formulation, or method of production of the Atra Plus razor blades.

I have been using Gillette blades and other products exclusively for more than 60 years, (and this product since it was first introduced), without a single complaint. However, the last few packages of the Atra Plus blades I purchased have not lived up to the quality standards of the past. The blades are not as sharp as they used to be nor do they last as long. I hope you can change things, because I really don't want to change brands.

Love Gillette! My actual razor blade handle that holds the razors is always breaking down though and I would like to ask for your support in providing a new razor blade device with a battery operated slot. That would be tremendously helpful and Show a mutual gratitude. I will gladly buy new fusion 5 blade cartridges. I am writing to you in regards to a shavor I recently purchased when I went to use the shaver it fell apart this has never happened to me before I am very dissatisfied I tried to return it to the store but they insisted I get in contact with the maker of this product.. I buy your products all the time for my husband and I and never had this problem before..

Purchase a tin of Fusion Proglide sensitive shaving gel only to find the can will not dispense.It was purchased in either Boots or Tesco about three weeks ago. I don't have the recite so can't return to shop.
This site is not very user friendly but I hope by extending this to 350 ch I might get some sort of response

Hi I Bought a shave gel from Wilkinson in the U.K. It did not work kept pressing the shaving del but the gel did not come out suspect a gas leak complaint to store and they refused to take the complaint. Advised me to go and talk to manufacturer. We buy your products from different supermarkets excepting the products to give the service you advertise.

Gillette should take seriously the fact that their once the best razor money can buy is now a rip off scam. There should be a law against fraud.
Your throwing money down the drain when you buy The Gillette Fusion Razor and Blade Cartridge .
Don't buy one or you will be sorry and than waste you time in their complaint section.

Sorry but I found this product very disappointing, not sure if I may have got a faulty blade or perhaps old stock but from the 1st shave it pulled and tugged every whisker on my face. I would have been better off plucking my face as it would have been less pain. I actually pulled an old gillette mach 3 razor (2 yrs old) from my vanity case and finished off with it and found it much more comfortable to use. I then gave the gillette fusion proglide razor with flexball to my 19 yr old son so I wouldn't completely waste the $12 I spent. After 2 strokes of his baby soft whiskers he threw it back at me and said he would just use his black & gold one. Maybe I didn't use the magic shaving gel or something, but going to have to rethink my next shave.

I have noticed that Gillette shaving gel container simply STOP dispensing gel after few weeks of use. When I had the issue with my previous shaving get container I thought it might be a one of case so did bother to make a complain, but I have face the similar issue with the new one. You people might need to look into the matter immediately.

I have being using Gillette products over 10 years and this the first time I'm having a issue with a product.

The shaving gel and any other lotions is the contents of the container will not dispense, I will no longer waste any more money on any of your products, your product used to be so good and I have been purchasing for years but the last year or so...shameful!

Purchased the "Gillette Endurance" product from Sobe's in Langley British Columbia. #[protected] 81g size ( Cool Wave) Bar Code # [protected]

This is a terrible product. I used the old formula for years with no problems. This new formula stains your clothes yellow and nothing can get the stains out. It's ruined a number of $150.00 shirts and I'm very unhappy. Where the old product was not an anti- perspire either this products seems to create a heat and hence more sweating.
I'm also not happy that you can not go direct to their sight and file a complaint. They have not made a provision for customer conversation and it is there they have done a good job of hiding it.

Im writing in reguards to a total of 3 defective large canisters of gillette fusion pro glide gel. They simply cease to dispence any gel after 2 or 3 uses. The first one I though ok odd. No biggie. The 2nd one im thinkin umm damn. But the 3rd bottle of the shaving gel I bought. Worked for literally one shave. And I usually wouldnt care, but I had a huge job interview and half way through my shave the bottle stopped dispensing the gel yet again. Needless to say I had to go to the interview looking like an idiot and ecplain the situation. I love the product but my last 3 experiences with the proglide gel has detered me from buying your product again. Those things arent cheap either. Wasted money one not one. Not two but three. I recently purchased at Walmart a pkg. of Gillette for Women Sensor Excel blade cartridges. The outside packaging clearly says there are 10 cartridges in the package when in reality there are only 8 cartridges in the box. What kind of scam is that?

On Monday 19 January just before 10h in the morning I received a phone call from Terri Groenewald, who works for the competition department of Clicks. Terri informed me that I purchased a Gillette product and swiped my clubcard, so I gained automatic entry into a competion. She asked me if I knew about the competition and I said no I didn't. She proceeded to update all my details and then told me that the reason for her call was to inform me that I won the competion. I asked her what the prize was and she said it is a vespa, I do not recall the model number, including a helmet, dot tracking system, licencing and registration, all valued at R100 000. She said I am responsible for insurance and tax. I was absolutely blown away! I asked her if she was serious and she said yes, I won. I asked her 'what must I do now', to which she replied that I need to do nothing, she will give my details to the nearest vespa dealer and they will contact me to go and choose the vespa and it will all happen within 30 days. I once again said I cannot believe it and she congratulated me on winning the prize. Six hours later she phoned me to say I am forfeiting the prize because I did not sign up on the movember website, which was one of the terms and conditions. I asked her why she phoned me in the first place to tell me I won and she said it was an error on her side, she is sorry. I was totally shocked and then phoned her back to say how unfair it is to tell someone you won a prize without checking if they meet all the criteria first. She just apologized and said there is nothing she can do. She phoned me back after a few minutes to offer me a hamper as an apology for the inconvenience. I phoned her back this morning to state that I am not happy with that at all and this was completely Clicks' error, why should I suffer the consequences? She phoned me back later and offered me a hamper from her supplier and a R1000 voucher from clicks. I asked her multiple times if that is the best clicks can do and she said yes. I said I would rather not accept it right now as I do not feel it is fair. That is not a 'life changing' gift where as a R100 000 vespa definitely is. I did inform her that I will have to take it further. My point is this: why did she not check that I met all the criteria before phoning me? Surely when I asked her what I must do now, she had an opportunity to tell me about the criteria? My only conclusion is that she also didn't know about it.. She asked me if I knew about the competion and I said no, how could I register on a site to win a competion I didn't know about? Shouldn't that have made her think twice? My emotions have been in disarray since the first phone call. My question is: how do I handle this, is it fair to do this to someone? Clicks records all phone calls, so all the conversations are on record. Please how do I proceed from here?
