Horrible experience! They try to obtain my personal data without specify the use. You take the risk that your personal information may be used for other purpose!

    Gigasonic does not have a policy to protect their customer. I bough the microphone thru them, they turn around order from Shure, and Shure shipped by UPS, I never receive the microphone and called to complain. All they can say were they cannot doing anything because they are not a shipper. End of the story. One heck of the customer satisfaction.
