I googled my business and low and behold I find this company is selling gift cards for my business without my authorization.
I sent them a cease and desist notice.

My son sent me a $75 Gift Rocket gift card for ZaZa's Pizza for Christmas 2020. I have tried multiple times to get it to down load and the screen just spins and spins. I have also have contacted Gift Rocket multiple times, with no response. They respond to my text via automation but have not resolved the issue. I would like to be able to use the gift card.

I purchased a gift card for my husband for our anniversary and it was cancelled right after and I never got refunded. lost 180$ and no one is responding to me

Today, July 17th, 2021 I received a notification from CashApp at 11:51AM informing me that a $527 payment at giftrocket.com had been declined for unusual activity. No sooner than I could unlock my phone to check into this unauthorized charge, another payment for $107 from this company tried to come out of my account. I have never heard of this company, and I did not authorize any transactions for any services they may render!

I'm traying to cancel my gift certificate L5Z7PYCIMKXN with GiftRocket to no results. Please help

I I have never used gift rocket and I got two transactions taken out of my account today while I was at work

got a charge on my card that i didn't make of $54.50

I can't seem to activate the two (2) E- Visa I was sent as a result of my participating in a survey. I followed the instructions but there is no verification that my card is active. I have tried to use the card and have failed. The prompt states I'm registered, but I can't activate. I entered the 20 digit number but was not able to complete the process of selecting a 4 digit Pin even though my E-Card is for online use only. I was expecting to select an item online, put in my account CVV, and expiration date and order my selection but as I stated it APPEARS I can't activate.

There are many prostitutes, dominatrices, and porn stars who use your website to manipulate men out of money. They actively promote prostitution and their disgusting services on social media. These women also use these websites to cajole female acquaintance friends out of money too. Your site needs to clamp down on prostitutes. They are like vultures. Don't enable sex work on your site.

Her and her sex worker friends are like vultures siphoning money from people. They make you feel guilty for not giving money to them.

I was issued a giftrocket virtual visa from L&E Research end of last month for $425, activated it and went shopping on Amazon.
Unfortunately, some things I had to return to Amazon, and they quickly and professionally refunded the amount back to my card on 7/1/19. Today is 7/15 and I haven't seen my refund posted by giftrocket.

I have called and left messages 7x's. I emailed them as Urgent 6x's, yet nobody contacts you or tries to resolve this. You can't speak to a person and I find that very suspicious. The refund was $64.73 and 2 others, will be about $200. They are Stealing Money!

What else can I do?

On Monday June 10 my daughter's dad sent me money I picked the option to put it on my direct deposit card. Waited a day, then got the message that he needed to confirm the amount through his email so he did. By the 4 day we were annoying and pissed with the company. So I tried calling the support line and goes straight to voicemail. So I emailed. They said it was flagged for fraud! Why the hell would it be flagged for fraud?! This is our first time using this stupid email. He confirmed that he sent me the money so why flag for froud! So I tried to email again and they said their service team had to review it all these step which it's total [censored]. Says 2-5 business days but said it wouldn't be put on my card till the 18th that's past the 2-5 days then they added more days and saying it won't be on there longer. So I have to wait 10 days to receive money this is complete [censored] the worst [censored]ing service we've ever used. This was supposed to be quick and easy and is nothing but complete waste of time! I've waited a week now I have to wait two. We will never use this service again and if I don't receive my money today I will report you to The better business bureau you're the worst company ever! Even PayPal is better and I hate them. You have till midnight then I will go above and beyond to bring this so called business down

I ordered a guiness brewery gift card from gift rocket on March 12, 2019. Confirmation number is PR8C8UK7MRWL. That same day I cancelled my gift card and gave all the details to have the 107.00 put back into my checking acct. I do not want this gift card it was a mistake on my part. Please cancel my order and please check your records to have the money put back into my acct.

This company is a scam and a complete ripoff. On march 17, 2018, I searched google for a place to buy lyft credit online, and giftrocket's web site showed up, with a page that clearly said "buy blvd credit." (note: I found out after making a purchase that they don't actually sell lyft credit. Their website is programmed to automatically generate a search engine hit no matter what kind of gift card you are looking for.) it was a digital product, and nowhere did it say that there would be a delay in getting the product. I purchased. After making the purchase, I got an email telling me to select what kind of gift card I wanted from a list on their website. This is when I found out they don't sell lyft credit. I had to settle for uber instead, which has fewer drivers in my area. Nice. After selecting an uber gift card, I got another email stating that it would take two days to receive the uber gift card. Nice of them to let me know in advance, given that my wife needed this credit to get to work. (she ended up having to make a four-mile walk to work because of this scam.) so we wait two days to get the credit so we can get to the grocery store. On the second day, we get an email telling us that their security team cancelled our purchase, with no explanation given for why, that in the future we should use another service than theirs to purchase gift cards, and that we haven't been charged for the purchase. I pull up my debit card records and find that we bloody well did get charged: I have a $33 dollar pending charge on my debit card. I go to their web site to get their phone number so I can speak to a real live human being and get this nonsense settled. Nope, there's no live customer service line; you can only leave email. So I instead send them an e-mail. I have not yet received a response. If they don't refund me quick, i'm going to do a chargeback, and i'm sure their merchant account is probably hanging by a thread already.

I use blogs, youtube, forums, and a variety of social media pages. In them, I often list my email address and encourage visitors at my web pages to send me e-gift-cards if they would like to help me out.

I am an advanced stage IV complex endometriosis survivor, was a single mother for 7.5 years with zero child support, and have massive student loan debt.

A gentleman by the name of Jack Ryder contacted me online and told me that he had sent me e-gift-cards to help me out, and to check my email inbox.
Within 30 minutes there were 2 gift rocket e gift cards ($25 + $100).

I was incredibly thankful, and when my daughter came home from school, I excited told her that our prayers had been answered and we were going to the grocery store with the money as soon as it came through.

In fact, giftrocket.com had sent me a confirmation code for each card, and told me I would receive the funds within 24 hours.

I still have all of the emails.

Then the next morning I got up to check my email, hoping to print out the gift cards which were converted to Walmart.com dollars, and instead had received an email from giftrocket.com staff saying I would not be receiving either gift, and claiming that they did not have to tell me why.

I was heart broken and devastated. I try calling their customer service phone number over and over and over again: no answer. I email them repeatedly with my confirmation numbers and screen shots, and they insist that they had the right to cancel them but still will not explain their reason clearly.

Then they made some strange, and false, accusations towards me. It has been very hurtful to say the least.

Today is Internation Women's Day. I just wish they would give me my gifts. I worked less that day because I was expecting the gifts to arrive and for me to be able to go buy groceries and get a short break from work for a change.

They never answer the phone. I will never, ever advertise for this company EVER again. I will tell everyone that I know that giftrocket is a scam. Never use giftrocket. They are liars.

I purchased a gift card from them for one popular restaurant chain.
I was planning to use it for a very important dinner with my family, but the waiter said that the card was invalid. I can't even describe what I felt at that moment. Of course, I paid in cash, but when I returned home I immediately called them and asked why they let this happen and why they sold me a non-working card. They said that I was too late. If I had used this card 45 days before I made the call, maybe they would have been able to help me... Great.

At first, everything went well. I ordered a gift card, they immediately charged my money. It was the middle of July.
Don't know when you're going to read it, but now it's the end of September, so where is it?
You said I would get it via email, but there's nothing. Your corporates don't answer, so I started to think that your company is a scam, plus see how many bad reviews you have. It's not just bad words. It's a reason to think twice before dealing with you.I still hope I will get my money back.

I have purchased a $50 worth gift card from www.giftrocket.com website and gave it to a friend of mine as a birthday present.
When my friend wanted to use the card he was told that it was empty.
When I found out about that I immediately contacted GiftRocket customer support service and asked for help.
Their rep said they'll find out what was going on and promised they'll contact me back as soon as possible, but that never happened.

OMG. The worst experience. Don’t deal with the company www.giftrocket.com. I ordered cards from them, but these jerks haven’t sent them. They charged me for them, but no info about the delivery. Total ###. I tried to reach someone from the customer services, but it was completely useless. No info, no order and no one replies to my emails. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
