scamming company and they cancel orders without your notice
I ordered flowers and 3 balloons from the company www.giftblooms.com. My advice – stay away from these jerks. I paid for my order, but I haven’t received any news. After that I waited patiently 5 days, and the seller contacted me on the day, when my order must be delivered. The seller explained that it was too expensive and they cancelled my order. WTF? Also they still haven’t returned my money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
no delivery
I ordered one week in advance flowers to be send to Costa Rica. On the day of the expected delivery nothing happened. The next day they come up with shady explanations and at the end say this "Its too costly to deliver the flowers as I tried to place the order through vendors site". Why don't they tell me once they receive my order so that I can look for another shop? Wonder if they ever refund me

I'm sorry to inform you that due to certain technical issue with our delivery outlet we was not able to deliver your order as on requested date.
The issue has just resolved yesterday and we are scheduling the deliveries of the order today which was suppose to be delivered yesterday.
So if you wish I can make your order delivered today. Let me know if that works for you.

I kept sending emails and finally at least got my money back. Still disappointed that they do not inform people correctly
awful customer service, nobosy is responding to my messages WTF?. this is an online SCAM, I wil never recommend this to anyone. I wasted $80 dollars
I had ordered 200697 on 13th November till now its 9n hold and they are asking my card number snd id proof. Why it required for delivery . No response from giftblooms and even email id support@giftblooms.com is fake not supportive. Nobody is receiving the mobile number provided.
my order was cancelled without any notice
I placed order for two birthday’s balloons on the website www.giftblooms.com. I paid about $120 for the order and got the confirmation info. After that I got another email within couple of hours. It was mentioned that my order was cancelled. I have no idea why, and the seller stopped to communicate with me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Do not support or purchase anything thru giftblooms. Their customer support, communication and follow thru, in addition to their lack of professionalism is horrid and they don't stand by their claim of 100% satisfaction.
I ordered a 6 Mylar Balloon order for my parents and they received only 3 balloons. Do not order from Gift Blooms they are a scam. How disappointing when you want to cheer someone up to deal with this.

I placed a same-day delivery order at 10:00 a.m. Was informed at 3:00 p.m., when it's way too late to make alternative arrangements, that they can't fulfill my order! No offer to make it right either -- just tells me they will refund me my money, which doesn't get a gift to my little nephew on his birthday. I'm so upset!
