GHS Health Store - Thermothinplus / Lack of communciation causes loss of custom

If you need to contact GHS I have found the following information:
They dont answer emails.
They do respond to faxes.
The fax number is 001 ( for USA) [protected]
You have to request a returned materials authorisation form which you then need to fax back and then they will email you a RMA number which you will have to put on the outside of your envelope and you have to remember to put the original packaging back in.
To be honest this could be the best product in the world but I could not find contact information.
I had to come to this website and search it to find the fax number ! also they did not respond to any emails - Shame on you GHS you lost a potential customer !

Watch this spot though I have just packed up the trial sample after it arrived today to send back.
