We ordered a product last January, the wrong product was delivered, we contacted the company they sent the correct product but never collected the incorrect item even though we have contacted them again & again . Each time you try to speak to this company you never get the same person and have to go through each detail again & again so we came to the conclusion it's their product so if they do not wish to collect it what can we do ?.
So, last month we ordered a different product, we paid upfront as usual, the product was never delivered, still has not been. We contacted them, they required proof of payment, so we contacted our bank which provided proof, we then sent that on to them, they now say they have found the payment but have TAKEN that payment for the item they delivered wrongly LAST JANUARY !, I have rang them, asked to speak to a manager, none are ever available, asked for one to call me back, not happened . They have no customer service, they keep putting us on to different people, asking they same questions, asking for more emails, and nothing happens ? We are desperate, we have equipment in our small store that we never ordered and has taken up valueable room for the past 10 months, they've taken 419.90 euros and not delivered what we ordered. Please help as my husband will have a heart attack if he has to try to talk to those people again, I tried today and almost had a breakdown, they are so unhelpful and are trying to drive us crazy.

They have finally collected the wrongly delivered item and refunded us for the last order. We are happy that this has after almost a year come to an end but we will never order from this company ever again.

All their products are put together from very cheap Chinese parts.
they offer warranty and you can pay extra for the parts cover for a longer period which is a daylight robbery, they DO NOT provide any after sale care. THEY ARE NOT international, they could not provide after sale care service as they do not have engineers in London.
I bought a fridge from them and paid for extra cover and parts and the fridge was not working properly after only a few months. its been a year now and the only thing that they managed to offer me is to come and collect the fridge and take it back to Germany and fix it and bring it back which takes more than 10 days, ARE YOU INSANE? I RUN A BUSINESS.
Completely useless service and product.
We paid for a pasta machine, it was never delivered! We lost 3500 €! It's been haunting us for 3 years. They kept on saying it was delivered. We signed the transport document which said "2pallets" as we ordered many things. While opening the boxes we found out that 2 products were not in there. We immediately sent an email and called. Their answer: you signed the transport documents
Same experience. There´s Possibility for a scam. I ordered a new coffee grinder and receive a used and worn out mashine. Ggmgastro refused when asked return the machine. So check when you receive your order, did you get the new and workable device. There is possibility of scam when you deal with them, if you play safe dont deal with them.
I agree with the above comment we ordered a fridge from these people and was delivered however the fridge, never worked and they won't accept my call for a refund or a replacement. I should have known that something so cheap would be too good to be true. Buyer beware this company is not to be trusted. Also having spoken to a friend in Germany I found out that it is run by a group from Albanian who have been convicted in the past of money laundring.
