GGM gastro gmbh / Non-delivery of product

I bought 2 large pieces of refrigeration equipment 6 months ago. Have had an issue requiring a very simple but unique spare part (a Perspex sliding door) which I have been waiting for for months. First I had to pay for replacement even though the issue was caused by poor quality product, then after paying I have now been waiting since JANUARY, this week we go into MAY and still don't have the part. It is costing me money and affecting my product quality which is unacceptable. The biggest issue is the utter refusal of anyone in GGM gastro to give me an escalation point beyond the customer service person at the bottom of the tree. I want to speak to the owner/director of the company and they point blank refuse to provide a name, number or email address. Still not resolved after 3 months, arrogant, unacceptable responses or sometimes no response at all. I seriously regret buying from this incompetent company who obviously have no regard for their customer at all. Please save yourself a lot of hassle, stress and frustration...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
