subscription for get rent to own
i tried for a month in june 2023 and paid $1. the next month they withdrew $29.95. i called immediately to cancel telling them there were no homes in my area. however the seller kept telling me i would get the next month free and a free gift. i was adamant about canceling. they didn’t cancel my subscription but try and debit my card daily. i have to keep my card locked. i don’t use the site. i want this harassment to stop!
Desired outcome: canceled subscription
Will take your money for nothing
The lady that called lied to me and never told me I would be charged $50. Took it two months. I'm on a pension that much is a week's worth of groceries or my dog food and gas which is what they took away from me. Sent me a email form to have copied and sent in ground mail. Well guess what you took my gas money and dog food this month. So I could not go 30 miles to get to a computer to copy and send in fax. So I lost out $100. If you take it out this month since I cancelled when I called I will sue you. Jokes on me for $100. Jokes on you if you take it out again. It's a government card you can deal with the government.
Desired outcome: Give me my money back without having to go copy and fax. We can do it email.
Free trial to look at house to see about moving & I canceled before the trial is up
I got charge 4999 4 a rent-to-own [censored] that I never agreed to and now I'm very upset because that is hard money I did not agree to be taken out of my account I want cancelled and put back on my card ASAP Mother Hubbard's in a cover to The Better business Bureau Investigation people I am not joking you had no business taking it out of my account I did not agree to this I can't have the trial before you can something came out of my account I will be contacting my bank and they will be taking the money back whether or not you put the money in my account you had no right taking the money out of my account I do not give you the authority to take it out of my account you are fraudulent pieces con artist [censored]
They took out $49.95 out of my bank
We try this for $1.00 and now look at my bank statement... they took out $49.95 out of my bank...If u paid $1.00 for 7 days why did they take out $49.95 now? This is a big scam.
Unauthorized charges
Some time ago I signed up to receive info from them. It was trial so the price was $1. I canceled their service, but I still have $49 unauthorized charges every month.
I have been getting charged for series I do not us. I would like this money put back on my card
I signed up for get rent to own for 1 dollar and now I am getting billed for 49 dollars a month. I called to cancel, but to no avail, stay away
They send you emails about rent to owns for 600 but have nothing listed in the area they claim for under 1600 and that's for a 1 bed 1 bath (the $600 was for a 4 bed 3 bath)
