Product never came
They are thieves. They never acknowledge anything I tried. I called and emailed and nothing. They dont have any idea on how to run a business. No one responds to email or phone messages at all. I left over a dozen. The have ruined my daughter's birthday. I expected it a month ago and here we are with nothing . It makes no sense at all . Thy need to be shut down and so does the website.

I am extremlely disappointment to have received a bill from fedex for taxes and duties for $108.48. Can
When I called before I made the purchase I was told as long as my over is over $250.00 shipping and duties would be free.
I called fedex and they said that the shipper wrote on the shipment to charge all taxes and duties to receiver.
This company blatantly lied to me over the phone - that is horrible to do to a canadian customer that is already paying 50% more due to the exchange rate. They should have been honest and told me I would be charged for duties and let me make a decision on whether or not I wanted to take on that charge.
I will be sure to tell everyone that compliments the pack2rac in canada what they did and not to buy from them.

I received a damaged bag. I returned the bag wanting a refund & not a $50 refund that was offered. I never heard form them after I returned the bag. Sent an email wanting to know status. They never returned my email but returned the same bag with a post it saying the zipper was replaced which wasn't true the same bag was returned with the same defect. I then called them more than 10 times & finally spoke to customer service Kyle & explained I didn't understand why I received the same bag. I was told someone would call me back. What I got was an email saying my bag was used & they couldn't send me a new bag. My daughter has never used the bag It is brand new. I felt from when I received the bag it was a factory second. The way I returned it was the way I received it. I am unsatisfied with their customer service. I'm hoping to resolved this with them but as of now it hasn't . For such an expensive bag I should be having these problems. I would just recommend people take their business else where.
I recently had a problem with the bag I ordered from dancewear.com. I wasn't 100% statified with my purchase. I should have waited to resolve my issue with them instead of posting on this website. When I called them up their costumer service department was very accommodating. They listened to my concerns and were very willing to resolve my problem in a timely manner. I'm happy to say that my problem was resolved and I am satisfied with my choice. Great dance bag for every girl!

Nothing came.
I ordered from this site GetDanceWear.com and after 9 days of not receiving anything I sent an email requesting information on the shipping status and I got no response from them. So, I called them and a man said my order was to be shipped the next day. But still nothing came.
My experience sounds the same as the others listed here: the order status is perpetually listed as "processing" and the order never came and no one at customer service is reachable via either phone or email. I will be disputing any charges.
Same thing happened to me. I ordered a couple of leotards that would need for when ballet classes started I September. I ordered them on August 16th and I still haven't received anything. On the website I can check the orders progress and every time I check it, it says processing even though the website says that processing takes 1-2 days. Its been 16 days. I have also emailed twice and received no reply and I have called many times. It is very frustrating and I am going to have the order cancelled and I am never going to order from there again.
