[Resolved] Getaroomfraudulent activity and non-responsiveness

We were fraudulently charged for a two room four person reservation ($1320.00). When we discovered this charge on the credit card we immediately called their customer service and were told repeatedly that there was no refund available... even though we never asked for nor agreed to any service from this company. We canceled the card and now are forced to dispute this fraudulent charge. We discovered that this company also uses many different names online...

They are simply on-line criminals.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
