[Resolved] Getaroom / fees/charges

The "fees" charges by Getaroom are outrageous. Over $50 fee to book a room. It is impossible to get assistance and information from their "help" desk. No logical explanation was given and no potential for refund...they just kept talking in circles. I will definitely give them as many poor reviews and BBB complaints until I feel vindicated for that bogus $50.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
