Please do your research before doing any business specifically landlord tenant. They are the worst landlords in Contra Costa and Alemeda Their properties are know to have violations with the rental board, Gerson will use his key to walk into your unit he walked in on me three times and other tenants as well. They rent furnished units with animal hair infested furniture. Gershon will invade you privacy by taking pictures of you getting into and out of your car, force you to take services you don't want or need. Lie like no bodies business, lies that will blow your minds. Gershon Luria is one of the worst insane landlords I have ever dealt with. Beware
DISCLOSURE ABOUT A FALSE NEGATIVE ENTRY ABOUT ME ON DEFAULTERS/SCAM.COM
Dioma Burks who wrote the negative entry about me now seen on defaulters.com, rented an apartment from me in June of 2017. An internet search will show that she had at least two evictions (by Mr. Bonovich in 2013; by Mr. Vince Caso in 2017) and other legal problems prior to renting from me. I was not aware of these at the time that I rented to her. In March of 2019 she was finally forced to vacate my apartment due to damage that she caused in my property and due to unpaid rent. Her false and destructive message about me was first posted on Ripoff.com in 2018 and then copied as a new entry dated 4/2021 on Defaulters.com. The accusations in both entries are completely false, and there is no Berkely Police report at all about me. Since 2019 I have received numerous calls asking that I pay $3000 to remove this entry. You may also check on this site which shows that I have no vacancies in Berkeley. My Berkeley property has been fully rented since 2019.

Dioma Burks who written this was a terrible tenant, did not let me in for inspection or repairs. She leaves on our money and from her savings purchase a new Cadillac SUV. She did not pay rent or her deposit and damaged furniture items that I loaned her and through them away. She received one of the best lawyers at no cost because she is 'poor' demanded Jury trial but than was afraid to go so she agreed to leave the unit because she knew that with a jury she would have lost. She hired a friend to fake a service and sued me for 'harassment' and gave fake address so I did not even know about the lawsuit. She stated a fire in her unit so only because I insisted lives were saved in my opinion. And after all that she tried to blackmail me
