HELLO I'VE BEEN WITH GERBER LIFE INSURANCE SINCE 2001 AND I WENT INTO HARDSHIP IN 2011 SO MY POLICY LAPSED. I CALLED TO RESTAIN TO INSURANCE IN MARCH. FIRST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS SO CONFUSING AND THEY NEVER GET ANYTHING CORRECT. I SENTED THEM 253.20 AND THEY PUT IT IN THE WRONG POLICY AFTER BEING TOLD OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHAT POLICY TO PUT IT IN. WHENEVER YOU CALL AND NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE NO ONE IS AVAILIABLE. THEY ARE ALWAYTS TELLING YOU TO WRITE THEM. I RECEVIED 2 LETTERS FROM THEM ON THE SAME DATE SAYING TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. ONE LETTER SAID THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THE OTHER LETTER SAID THEY DID NOT APPROVE MY RESTAINMENT BECAUSE OF MEDICAL . NOT GIVING A REASON. ALSO THEY TOOK THE 253.20 AND PUT IT IN ON MY SONS POLICY . I FEEL THIS COMPANY HAS ROB ME I BEEN WITH THEM SO SO MANY YEARS NOW THEY TURN ME DOWN ALL THE MONEY I PUT INTO THIS POLICY.
