George Brazil / Non-compliance by company to original complaint
On 9/28/12 I filed a complaint against George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services (Complaint ID #9239329). A message was subsequently received from Daryl Bingham, Service Manager, stating “just let me know how much more discount you require, and I will credit that to your credit card.” At that point I felt this would be an agreeable solution, advised Mr. Bingham of the requested amount, but to date have never heard from him or the company. There was no contact or amount credited to our credit card. In other words, there has been no compliance on their end, and the original complaint still has not been resolved.
