Misleading shipping information, cancelled my order without any contact and refused to correct their website mistakes. Worst of all, upon contact and after I told them I would contact the Better Business Bureau, this is the reply I received through email (not edited):

You were clearly mistaken. No where did we "clearly guarantee Christmas delivery".

We are sorry you waited to the last minute to do your Christmas shopping.

Simple as that. Now, such fuss and silliness- really. If you owned a business - you would know you may refuse to serve anyone.

We could not fulfill your order requests for guaranteed delivery by Friday the 22nd -

and you have suffered no damages- so clearly you have no complaint worthy of the BBB.

You were promptly credited in full.

We incurred both the PayPal charge and credit fees -

But good luck to you and the "NC complaint dept!"

All the very tired Momma-elves here working 'round the clock got quite a kick out of your idle threats!

You have a lot more free time on your hands thatn we do. And, yes you and us both, will be much happier with you shopping elsewhere.

We are so fortunate with a baby toys business, that 99.[protected]% of our customers are just lovely people.

**Please do not shop with this company. Not only are their shipping policies not clear, they are disrespectful in customer service replies.
