Brought 2013 Acadia to marchese Chevrolet in ny before thanksgiving for transmission issue. Was charged $650 and chastised for "not maintaining " vehicle. Issue was not resolved when I picked up vehicle thanksgiving morning. Immediately sent email to complain- owner, Bryan, responded same day telling me to call next day when he was in office. Couldn't get in touch with him until 8 days later. Brought Acadia back - they've had vehicle for 2 weeks, now telling me it's torque converter( tranny issue as I originally suggested). Dealership has not contacted me - I have called them 3 times to see status of repair. Missed promised completion date by over a week now, because " it's hard to get parts from gm this time of year". Very frustrated lifetime gm owner.
