General Aluminum windows review: Terrible product

I have no complaint about Interstate, but I am really upset about the windows installed in my house that is only 9 yrs old. Every window has had to be replaced. I think its ridiculous that I've had to pay for the replacement glass for over 25 windows. Plus pay shipping and handling. These windows were defective from the beginning. They started to go bad within 3 yrs of installation. We waited to replace them because they were not bad enough to spend the money at that time. It didn't take long before the other windows started to go bad. Now it's all but 3 that are being replaced. I feel I should be given a refund for the replacement glass, due to the fact that it's odd that all the windows would go bad at the same time. It's obvious that the GA windows that were installed in my home, were defective. I would appreciate it if someone from your organization would contact me regarding this issue.
