Horrible. Waited a month and a half and never got anything. Then I called again and had to wait another 4-6 weeks, so I got a refund. There goes my college year. If you got a lot of time and just need a laptop for fun then go with them, but if you NEED a laptop then dont. At least they did give me a refund.

    I am neutral with them. I ordered a D900K AMD64 version and at the time it was still in final develoment. An awesome Laptop but it has never been 100% correct. Driver problems and such.
    As far as the company... helpful when it came to ordering and recieveing it. Recieved Quickly and intact.
    Customer Service, well that depends on what is needed. Drivers or basic help can be done via Gen-X. otherwise I got sent too Sager. Sager is very rude this time and years ago when I was prospecting a purchase from them.
    Gen-X helped.. but is limited.
