Ok, it's been well over a year. What am I doing on here?? Well August 2007 we purchased 4 GEM 19" LCD's. All w/ mail in rebates, free shipping & at a great price. Well NOW we STILL haven't received the rebates ($70 each). All rebate infromation was sent in on time and showed as received. Well here we are a year later and NOTHING. I call Mac Mall, they say contact the vendor (3G) I call them and I sit on hold for hours and never talk to anybody but the same repeating automation system. I call panacer and it's a joke. Don't buy from these companies, I can't believe there's companies like this still in business.

The letter I wrote explains it all...

After waiting almost six months to receive my initial rebate, I was extremely disappointed that the monitor I purchased became defective after just 10 months of normal use. I further want to share my dissatisfaction with your company and your repair department. On July 3, 2008, I was instructed by you, via email, to return my broken monitor to you for free warranty repair with a promise that you would return the repaired monitor to me within 6 to 8 weeks. Someone named �Wang� signed for the monitor at your location on July 24, 2008 per UPS tracking information. It has now been over 16 weeks and I have not received my monitor.

In addition, I have sent you 12 emails inquiring about the status of my monitor and you have not replied to any of those inquiries. In trying to reach your technical support staff, I have not been able to get a live person by phone. I have sat on �hold� for several hours, on several occasions, while listening to a recorded message promising that my call would be answered soon � over and over and over. I have left voice mail messages for members of your staff requesting a return phone call and have never received a callback.

It appears that you will not communicate with me, meet your obligations under your warranty or return my property to me.

To solve the problem, I would like you to repair or replace the monitor and ship it to me at your expense as soon as possible. If that is not possible, please refund my original purchase price, $206.71 as noted on the attached invoice, less the $70.00 rebate I received plus the $13.80 I paid to ship the monitor to you for a total of $150.51. Finally, I would like to hear from you by email at (Deleted by writer) or by letter as soon as possible. If you need to call me, my daytime telephone number is (Deleted by writer).

I look forward to your reply and, hopefully, the resolution of my complaint. I will allow two weeks before taking additional action with appropriate governmental agencies.
