GEMB / Non respond

Have had calls into their office as well sent letters. Have received many call each month in regards to non payments in regards to my account. Have sent proof to them that all payments are up to date and still they claim they don't have the proof Tried to get who ever is in charge to give me a call and never receive any. They won't transfer my calls when the bill collector calls. Don't know if any one there has the education and knows how to answer letters.

file formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift supervision - not posting payments correctly violates the Fair Credit Billing Act. YOU HAVE RIGHTS AND GEMB COUNTS ON YOU NOT KNOWING ABOUT THEM
