GEMB/BELK Never had this Credit card

I agree with the complaint against GEMB/BELK dated 4-29-08 about fraud notices to Trans Union Credit agency as well as Equifax & Eperian agencies.
I have NEVER had this credit card. It is & was my ex-wifes' yet I get reported for having bad credit & poor credit repeorts & scores. BELK even sent me a letter that said they deleted it from my files but I am STILL getting bad repeorts & it STILL shows up on my credit repeorts after receing a letter from GEMB/BELK...

I just noticed this on my wife's credit report. What is this and who do I report to? Please can somebody shed some light on this.

GEMB/BELK Credit card fraud

1) I have never known this type of Credit Card. So why do I receive 2nd daily monitoring alert from TransUnion Credit Report talking about New Accounts posted to my file?
2) This problem decreases my credit score.
3) I sent a letter to report this fraud with Transunion credit report bureau when I received first alert. Why I still received this error?
