On Tuesday the 21st of Febraury, 2017 at 10:14 I received a call back from Katie from the underwriting department of Geico. Initally all was well with the questioning until she started repeating the same question after I had already answered it. After already explaining myself and stating how I had borrowed my former agents computer as mine isn't working at the time. She had asked who were the names of the people who allowed me to use the computer and I explained that I really don't know their names as I deal with the owner which wasn't there at the moment. So I had given the name of the owner as that is the name I know but it was as if she didn't care to hear me because I had asked her at that moment if I had insurance to which she never answered me and reiterate the fact that how is it that I dont know the names of the people in the office to which I responded again I know the name of the owner but not the employees. When I had asked again if I had coverage she said that she doesn't know yet and that it is her decision and that she(Katie) would let me know. This is when I had asked for a Supervisor and Katie explains that she doesn't have a supervisor. I asked if there is anyone else above and she states there is no one above her, so I asked if there is anyone else to talk to and finally she said that she will have someone call within the next 24 hours.

On a side note, I paid for 6 months of insurance and now I sit and wonder if I have insurance. Am I safe to drive my vehicle? I don't know and wont know until I hear back from supervisor, how am I supposed to feel about this. How do I go about my day knowing that though I paid my policy rests on someone's hands who didn't understand or care to understand what is going on. This is something that is not fair and very worrisome but most of all something that one who has never had any issues with my previous company and willing to pay for the full period should have to deal with. Very unprofessional to cause all this stress, confusion for someone when they have done nothing wrong.

Treated me with complete disregard, no compassion and even subjected me to abuse and financial damages to the tune of $150 for FEDEX to comply with their ridiculous requirements and then cancelled me anyway and they dont answer the phone anymore so its all chats now? And Im supposed to trust them with my life and property? wtf?!

had a refusal charge that was dropped, Geico increased my premium by 500 dllars with having any charge at all.

Gieco has become a disgrace of a company They have hired incompetent workers .They have made

numerous mistakes with my policy - I terminated my policy because of the under writers and the people who can't speak the english language correctly 17 years I was a member with no problems

aaa is much better / for rates coverage and the customer service are AMERICANS who speak the language and care ... competence on the job is critical --

Was dropped from roadside assistance without notice from GEICO roadside assistance .
