GEICO claims dept

got a claim with geico #[protected] . Adjuster came to look at rims. I have three rims that were messed up by walmart. Wamart doesn't want to pay price of rims. I would like to file claim with my insurance and they can dispute that at a later time with walmart. I have sent adjuster quote for rims because they're discontinued now. So i would have to buy four new rims know. On one of the rims the stripped the screw so now i cant take it off with out having someone that works on tires/rims do it for me. So if i have a blow out on the road, ill have to call for towing. This is all future cost due to walmarts mistake, not mine. When i called to file claim someone i spoke to said they had one rim, which im having difficulty understanding. I've left voicemail for adjusters supervisor and sent emails and haven't heard nothing back. As our insurance i should be recieving help with this matter. I understand there is a deductable we have to pay which we don;t have a problem doing. Its just the cost of the rims and quantity of rims is the issue i need to discuss with someone.

GEICO lost wages reimbursement process

My name is Minnie Hendrickson.
I was injured in a car accident on 10/6/2017.
Since then I not completely myself and therefore have FMLA for my injuries.
As a Trauma RN it is absolutely disappointing, disgusting and a slap in my face to have to fight with apps and personnel to receive my Loss Wages reimbursement in so predictable manner.
The process stinks. It reeks of one hand washing the other.
What ever happened to COMMUNICATION?
HAD SOMEONE JUST ASKED I WOULD HAVE TOLD THEM I DIDN'T HAVE MY CHASE ACCOUNT ANY LONGER. WHY NOT ASK ME WHERE I WOULD LIKE MY LOSS WAGES DEPOSITED? HOW DARE YOU ASSUME ANY ESPECIALLY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH INJURIES AND NOW LIMITED ABILITY TO EVEN WORK TO KEEP CASH FLOW AT AN EQUILIBRIUM?
SUCH JERKS. YOU CHASE ALL OF YOU ARE JERKS.

GEICO unethical behavior, I was falsely accused for an accident where I innocent and was a victim of road rage and hit and run.

I do not have a claim number as I am in between homes and having to stay in hotels. On the phone you used my birthday which is October 8, 2018. The police that arrived at the accident refused to go back to where this road raged lady hit me (she admits in her statement that I had honked at her (I had honked/ tapped very lightly to get her to go while it was clearly safe to cross a very busy street, and because she was busy on her cell phone and cars were backing up, and we needed to cross the 6 lanes, I did not tailgate her or come close to her and was absolutely respectful.) She was obviously unfoundedly angry. As I moved forward in the left lane and realized I needed to get in the right to get on the on ramp, I put my blinker on and there was easily plenty of room to get over safely. As I was moving to get behind a dump truck, all of the sudden I was hit at my right front and then I instantly saw that she was not pulling over and stopping, I was trying to grab my phone to call the police before she got on the interstate and get her car tag number when she finally stopped. The police man at the scene got out of his car once to speak to each of us and at the end when I politely asked the officer to go back to where she hit me, he refused to go back to where she actually impacted and hit me and just said ' "look lady, you both have Geico and it is a no fault state so it wont be an issue". Ironically, he does show ONLY her side of the story in the report graphically and not mine, although he told me nobody was at fault but i again asked him to please go back to the place where she hit me because I KNEW FOR A FACT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT.
Obviously if it was my fault, why would she take off and keep going and leave the place where she hit me? The firefighters and the EMTS present were very supportive of me and told me to take pictures going back to where we impacted. The EMTs and Firefighters both said that people fake injury on a weekly basis just to make it look like it wasn't there fault.
The combination of errors due to the policeman and the biased behavior of your adjuster, Christina are unacceptable and illegal. It is still wrong but at least you could go with the police report. There were no witnesses, so Christina said it was her word against mine. why would you believe a lady that obviously was angry and left the scene?
Please send me any and all paperwork pertaining to this accident, as it appears I will need to get an attorney if you don't rectify this horrific injustice.
PS. Sorry my description is a little hard to follow my explanation

GEICO roadside insurance

We have been with Geico several years now. On July 22, 2018, we were stranded in a lonely road about fifteen miles from home in our Classic Car at about 1:30 a.m. My daughter and her husband had used the car in the wedding ceremony. When we called the Emergency Road Service number on the card, issued by Geico, nobody ever picked up the phone. We tried calling for 2 hours straight. but to no avail. We didn't want to leave the car behind and kept thinking that the roadside service would eventually pick up. They never picked up, and we decided to go home with our other daughter. Imagine the worry of leaving your 1955 Chevrolet Classic car out there in the boonies and even worse, of the danger were in just waiting for them to pick up. We could have been hurt or killed. We were so disappointed that Geico never answered the phone even though the card reads: "Emergency Road Service Toll-Free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" What a joke. We will be switching to another insurance company soon.

GEICO insured geico customer vehicle - damage to my property

Geico insured: Deborah Larue
Date of Loss: Sunday, February 04, 2018
Repair work was completed in April 2018 & we filed a claim for our property and personal damage in April 2018 as well.
We have dealt with two Geico employees- Tiffany White sent our claim to the second employee, I believe on May 23, 2018 to Kim Tuggle.
We have provided all information Kim required - property damage information & billing, documentation, and photos. No feedback from Kim has been given. She claims she hasn't received the claim information, so we emailed all the information to Kim's email address at Geico. Kim sent a ‘do not reply email' and she has not answered our emails or our phone calls. We made a formal demand for repayment, we have requested the status of this claim, and requested the name and phone number of her supervisor. I have called every (800) for Geico, listed on the internet this afternoon, I even called the Geico Houston phone number that backs up to this website and I wasn't able to speak with a Geico representative; I could not leave a message either. Your employee, Kim Tuggle did not return my phone call regarding our unpaid claim. This is a unacceptable amount of time for our legal to be unpaid. My phone number has been recently updated to [protected]. I again ask that a supervisor call me regarding settlement of this claim. It is impossible to clear our claim with an employee that refuses to communicate with me or my spouse. We have sent in all the information we have on this claim twice. Ignoring our claim is unprofessional and unethical, among other things. I would appreciate your timely response. I do have normal work hours from 7:30-5:30, sometimes later depending on my schedule. Please call me as soon as possible so we can come to a agreement on this claim from February 04, 2018.

GEICO consumer / customers

The Geico car insurance company increased my price by itself by including additional family member without my permission. More than that, the company even did not informed us as customers about including without our permission or awareness one more family member. The company artificially increased our car insurance price from $300 to $854.04 ! The Geico company without any confirmation sent to us our new bill which was not as usual-$300, but rather - $ 854.04!

I am constantly being harassed by one of your employees on social media. She is saying disgusting things about me and my family. Immediate action needs to be taken. Her name is Taylor Crutchfield and she works at the macon, ga 31295 company as a Emergency Roadside and Accident tow rep. Her birthday is Feb 1st, 1991. She has mental disorder and really bad mental.problems. This has been happening for months. I used to be a geico customer. But I cancelled my policy after this because I dont trust that she wouldn't do something working for geico.

GEICO unethical practice

My car was hit in the back, and completely totaled in April of this year. The driver that hit us had full coverage, and the incident was reported. The information that we are told each time we call the agent assigned is that the policy is under investigation as to whether the person that hit us is liable. We are now in mid July. My car is totally unusable, and the procrastination is intolerable.
1. What is insurance for, but to compensate for damages from a collision?
2. Why would it take so long for geico to determine that their client had insurance at the time.

I feel that this is an unethical practice to avoid taking responsibility for the damage done to my car by a geico insured consumer, and is totally unacceptable. Complaint Type: Customer Service Issues
Problem:
Dear Sirs/Madams: We have an automobile policy with Geico General Insurance Company. Their Claims Dept's address is: P.O.Box 509090 San Diego, CA [protected] Our son (driver on the policy) was driving covered vehicle, which was hit from behind by another vehicle. We were contacted by Geico Insurance Co adjuster assigned to our claim (Jessica Villalba). She told us to schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle to THEIR preferred body shop for an estimate. When we asked what was the latest morning time-slot is available for an estimate, she told us that it was an 11:20am. We requested 11:20am time slot and were told that it is reserved for an appointment. Our son with the mechanic from OUR preferred body shop came to the THEIR Auto-body shop only to find out that the appointment requested for 11:20am had been scheduled by this adjuster at 8:40am. When I contacted Jessica Villalba on the phone, she was rude and unprofessional. She would not let us to complete a sentence on a phone, rudely interrupting several times and raising her voice repeatedly. When we requested the name and contact information of her supervisor, she refused to provide it. At that point she became mad and out of the blue announced that she found our son 100% liable for the accident. We had contacted the Geico service dept. and complained that we are unable to talk to her supervisor, so the Service dept. representative transferred the call to the Jessica Villalba's supervisor at the claims dept. Melanie Forbes. Because we had pretty negative experience with Jessica Villalba, we requested that our claim to be re-assigned to another adjuster. Melanie Forbes refused to re-assign new adjuster to the claim, stating that she herself had reviewed the claim and agreed with the decision made by the original adjuster. She was quite horrible on the phone, rude and condescending. We attempted to ask her a question, as to HOW did she conclude that our son liable 100% WITHOUT even seeing his vehicle, that had being hit from behind? Melanie would not be able to give us a clear answer to this question and refused to give the last name and contact information of her direct manager, or supervisor. In fact, Melanie Forbes of Geico claims dept. in San Diego, CA had revealed to us, that she is a FINAL and ULTIMATE AUTHORITY at Geico Claims dept. and we have no way out, because, as she said: "Even if you guys, contact California Dept. of Insurance to lodge a formal complaint -- it will still come back to ME", ha-ha!". She also stated that we, as Geico Insurance customers can only call Service dept. of Geico Insurance, or Claims dept. Period. And if we call the Service, they will transfer it to Claims. That was TRUE. We called Service and spoke with an agent, who admitted that transferring our call BACK to Claims dept. was his only available option... And then we looked on-line about other Geico Ins. co abused customers and found this web-page, where people have lodged myriads of customers' complaints: http://www.corporate-office-headquarters.com/geico-corporation We have an auto, umbrella and fire insurance policies with this company. We are going to cancel all three policies and will tell all our friends, neighbors and co-workers NOT to do business with this company. Terrible. Reason of review: Poor customer service. Horrible customer service by 2 employees of the claims dept, Put their partners above their customers, Communication is pathetic on adjusters behalf, Difficult to work with. Ridiculously frustrating and abusive.

GEICO change in policy

I was charge 408 in the month of July of 2018. I cancelled my policy on july 11, 2018. I moved location and my insurance was going up to 455 starting in August 2018. So I decided to find new insurance with a different company.l which saved me money then through I moved into a better area of San Antonio TX. Now about the refund I requested since I cancelled the policy... I was told I'm not getting the full amount of 408 that was pulled out the of the account but I'm only getting 352 because they advised me that I changed my address after they pulled the funds out of my account. I don't understand why me moving has anything on getting my refund in full back

GEICO billing

Geico decided to add my daughter to my policy in may, 2018 as a driver for my automobiles... Although I only requested a quote for her & her car! But not only did they add her to my policy without my permission, they failed to add her car! After over $400 was withdrawn from my account in june, I assumed it was due to a change in my policy that paid 3 months, instead of 1. Today in july, I see another random amount of $222 pending. Those 2 payments together is nearly an entire 6 months of my policy! So needless to say, I called for a billing dispute.

When I called to ask why such a large amount was pending from my bank account (which I make automatic payments through and have for over 15 years now...) the representative simply stated that they "always add drivers automatically if they live in the same household!" this is my 23 year-old daughter who has always been my daughter, always lived with me, been licensed since 15 years old... But has never been on my policy. So why now?

Of course there was no manager available to assist. There was no credit back for adding a driver without permission, then charging me over $630 in the last 3 months. I want a refund as I never added anyone to my policy or made any changes. It has been a good experience, up until they make a mistake and refuse to correct it! I am going to look for another company if this isn't corrected this week. This is crazy!

GEICO filed a fraudulent claim to increase my premiums.

Geico auto policy #[protected]
Adjuster at Jenkins Collision filed a claim I told him not to since it was for two 3 inch scratches that I was going to take care of. Three days after his review at Jenkins not at my home address as listed in enclosed email, he filed the claim. This fraudulent claim is going to increase my premiums for at least five years. I discussed this with Geico and they did not care, since they will benefit. I suspect Geico filed this fraudulent claim on purpose to get more premium money.
Someone needs to investigate this companys business practices due to the many complaints they get.

I recently have had an issue with Geico also. After 15 years of auto insurance, I filed my 1st claim. Btw, it's my 1st claim I have ever filed. My issue is a little different than yours. Be happy you only had to deal with an adjuster and not an investigator. My claim is $1500. They are not the same company I remember them as when I signed up with them 15 years ago. If you feel like you have been treated unfairly file a claim with the Florida office of Insurance Regulations. I hope this helps you out. Good luck!

GEICO payment issue problem

I have a accident on 06/27/18 around 12:20 pm the guy who hit my car run a way and I called geico report the accident and the schedule me for damage inspection on 07/02/18 around 1:30 pm after the inspection guy has finished he handled the paperwork with out a payment or check and the amount was 1, 000 dollar which is not going to repair my car the estimate I had from pacific collision repair was 9, 000 because there are a lot of damage in my driver rear door with quarter panel and finders so I call geico team and explain to them the issue that I have and they transfer me to the supervisor which I called him three time and left voicemail but unfortunately He did not respond to my calls so today is July/ 05/18 and I am still waiting for response it doesn't matter from where from the supervisor or from geico team all I need is to repair my car damage because the payment that was issue from the inspection guy is not going repair my car damage
I'm asking you now with all my respect please please I need my car to be repair as soon as possible thank you

GEICO i'm complaining about cancellation of my policy

I requested my auto insurance to be cancelled on June 27 and have it go effective on July 4 starting at 12:00 am. The agent I spoke to over the phone on June 27 confirmed that and even sent an email confirmation. BUT, Now, when I call back to Geico and inquire about my insurance cancellation and effective date, they say, it was cancelled and went effective on June 28, 12:00am.

GEICO adjuster and supervisor

My car was clearly total lost but they start at 9950$ and had to go back 8 times, it took so long, over 40 days, the adjuster ( Nicolas Mendez) always forget something, they clearly don't want to pay what is suppose to be and finally finish the claim a little over 20000$ and don't want to finish to pay the last 1100$. On top of that they make me pay my last 2 weeks of my rental car. It is outrageous. I have been screwed big time by them. I'm seeking for help.

GEICO claims department

I was in an accident on June 13, 2018. I reported the accident immediately to Geico and I also called the police to the accident scene. The person who hit my car admitted to being at fault to both me and to the officer to my surprise, Geico came back and indicated that I was at fault. this was totally shocking to me especially when I described to Geico claims what has happened, I sent photos of the accident and the officer agreed that other car was at fault in addition to the fact that he admitted to being at fault. So I am not happy about the decision and I am definitely rethinking whether I should stay with Geico or change insurances after being 18 years with Geico. to add to my frustration, now I have been without a car for almost 3 weeks and Geico hasn't responded to my calls to get my car fixed. I need this resolved immediately.

i am disputing how a claim was processed. in march my grandson Antwan Jalen Baker was on the phone talking to geico about insurance for his 2006 honda accord. i was ill at the time with diabetes but i was on the other phone as he was instructed by me to take care of his car insurance. the gentleman on the phone told him to pay 963 odd dollars for insurance on his car and the next payment was due in july. anyhow due to my illness my payment on the BMW x3 and the honda accord 2014 was due $286 odd dollars. in april i was advised by geicco that the 286 was being held in the queu and they wanted me to send $75 to keep account active. this was the beginning of April because it was my birthday week. anyhow i did send the 75 but did not know that another agent looking at the account sent back 1243 some odd dollars saying they did not receive my payment. How do you have that amount of money on an account and the payment is due why close out the entire account Antwan car should have never been without insurance it should have been mine. Now i sent the checks back that you sent me and now we owe 663 for july. antwan feels what did you do with his 980 some odd dollars if he was paid in full. please answer us

It's been 6 [censored]ing months and nobody has even came to estimate the damages haven't set a appointment for me ro go get a estimate. They are saying that the car that hit me which I have pics of the accident the other car & the tag, wasn't insured... Not my problem that's why there's the shot called uninsured motorist! So why has ot been 6 months?

GEICO claim delay resulting in financial hardship

I will not get into the particulars at this time but my wife was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on 30 June 2016 in Charleston S.C. at 2:45 A.M. with no witnesses except the other driver of the vehicle that hit her and a police officer that even though he wasnt there sure filled out a detailed cause of the accident and put her down at fault. Might as well as photographed the statement of the 23 year old male, recent graduate of citadel, returning from downtown charleston after a night of drinking soda, wrote on his statement. Now I have heard the only reason that every attorney out there ran the opposite direction is because the young mans mother is Homeland Security. Now I would hate to think that someone in a position like that would use the position they hold to cover up an accident. Seems a might bit illegal to me. Or why Geico would not even allow me to see the photos of the vehicle I was paying to fix. Maybe they could explain why it took 7.5 months to pay a total loss claim, sell the motorcycle to someone else and it be in another accident before anyone ever said a word to me. And how that can be done without the knowledge of myself or a signature of any kind. Maybe they can explain why it is the cheat customers out of what is rightfully theirs when it comes to paying for after market product insurance that is deceptive in advertising and the adjusters dont pay it as the policy states. I wonder how many millions of dollars they have ripped off the consumer for. Also how is it that this corporation clearly violated South Carolina Insurance laws and regulations but no one can do anything. Geico is a joke. They knowingly cheated me out of money, delayed my claim and caused my credit score to drop by over 150 points.

How an adjuster can say if the treatment that you took at the Chiropractic was not part of the result of an accident? Is Kimberly Tillery a doctor or a person in charge of good treatment for customers? How GEICO knows that its claims department is doing the correct way to have a good deal with their customers? How can I upload those audios that I have recorded from those conversations with that woman by phone, where she was rude, harassment, never let me to explain the situation, and she hung up the phone because she was rude? Could you change that person and give me the appropriate treatment and deal?
