Geeksby minute / Charged/not fixed
I was trying to reconnect with Symantec chat room, when redirected to Norton.com/connect me, where I was directed to Geeks by Minute. I didn't know this wasn't Norton. I asked the tech to fix my Symantec problem which I thought he did. I was disapointed to find that the problem wasn't resolved and I was charged $161.19 + a $40.00(?) on my bank card. I asked the tech at "Geeks'" number to reimburse my charges and was told to contact Norton. I did return to Symantec to have my product repaired and asked them to refund my charges as I got them via Norton. I was told by Symantec/Norton that this was a third party charge and they couldn't do a thing for me. Symantic/Norton told me to ask "Geeks" for the refund.
