Terrible service
Asked their technician for help and the person was extremely rude and impolite! He did not want to provide any help and just said that he's not a teacher and that I can find everything in google! What's wrong with that person? He is a GeekBuddy technician and refuse to help! He also said that he was not a support or something. So what's he's doing there, just sitting or what? Terrible service!
The reps told me ### about my system and didn't reply to my questions
I contacted the guys from the company www.geekbuddy.com and asked if they could check my computer and my system as well. I heard only bad things from them, but when I asked how they could help me, no one replied. I started to ask other different questions, but I hadn’t received nay response. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems? What did you do in this situation?
Don't try to cancel geekbuddy you'll get a guy who speaks an unknown language and is no help. Forget about getting back any money spent on this sham. I got this program along with Comodo security and are both companies to avoid at all costs.
If you can find a security program along with a help program made and operated in this counrty you'll no doubr, have better luck...
They stole money from me
I got the phone call from the agent from the company www.geekbuddy.com. This jerk told me that something was wrong with my PC, so he offered quick help. I believed him and he told to provide access to my computer. I gave everything he asked, but they took money from me and vanished. My computer worked as before, and I thought that it was simply scam. Of course, no one replied to my emails, so I couldn’t return my money back. Be aware and better avoid these jerks, as well as don’t believe them.
