Geek Squad - told to pay for service not received

I chatted with the manager (Murphy) of Geek Squad yesterday. I was told that for $100 somebody would come out and repair the power port on my acer aspire one 725 series laptop. The guy came out today (July 27) and did not have the part that he was supposed to bring with him because he did not know the specifics of my problem. He also said that he was a third party to Geek Squad. This was the chat:

Richard:Hello. How much would you charge to repair a dc jack for an acer aspire one series 725 laptop either at my home or at your facility?

Murphy:By looking at the schedule, we can be there anytime after 12pm tomorrow, or anytime the following day

Murphy:...Its $149 for the first hour, if it goes over the first hour, not saying that it will, but if it does, every 15 minutes after the first hour is $25. What day and time would you like us out?

Murphy:This will be done in under an hour, we get a lot of these

Richard:That's a little high for me. What if I just go to where you are?

Murphy:Are you a senior

Murphy:A veteran

Murphy:Or a student ?

Richard:Veteran

Murphy:Ok, $49 off

Murphy:$100 for first hour

Murphy:What day and time would you like is out?

Richard:How about tomorrow after noon?

Murphy:That'll work

Murphy:We always do a 3 hour window for arrival time
