SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

GearXS.comhave not received the item I ordered

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received yet. The payment was deducted from my bank account on May 9th. I sent them 2 requests to customer service and never received a response. I called the number on their site and it was just a recording telling you to check the status of your order online. That evidently does not work. I would never recommend gearxs to anyone
