GearBubble extra charge

I placed the order for a necklace for my daughter-in-law and was told it included postage. I was told the parcel was on its way and whilst I was out this morning Royal Mail put a card through the door to say they could not deliver as a customs charge of £13.01, including a royal mail handling charge of £8, had to be paid. There was no mention of a customs charge when I ordered and this puts and extra 50% on the cost of the necklace. I will have to pay this before I can get the package so will the company re-imburse me? This extra charge should be made clear and maybe people will not order from them if this is the case.

If anyone is shopping online, they should check where the item is coming from. If you are ordering an item outside of your country, then you need to expect custom fees which are charged by the destination country and not the seller or supplier who has absolutely zero control over custom and duties fees. These fees are a governmental thing charged by your local government. It is never included in shipping charges which are a completely different thing from customs. Shipping is for shipping. Custom n duties is charged by your local government. Again, seller has absolutely no control over custom n duty charges.

GearBubble coffee mug, incorrect name

Mug has a incorrect name on it! It was a Father's Day gift from Dog! The dogs name is Pebbles and the mug came with Ple...
i just received the mug and ordered it 4-5 weeks ago!
I thought I wasn't getting it, so I recorded it and got it and gave it to my husband for his birthday instead
I either want a refund or another cup with it correctly printed! Pebbles! I don't mind having two cups the same!

GearBubble delivery of wrong product

Receipt #[protected] the amount I paid was $26.90
This was a mug I purchased for my SON for his birthday and I received one for a girlfriend It was purchased as a birthday gift for him and as he is not my girlfriend the mug delivered is of no use to me I want the son mug delivered to me ASAP so that I will have the correct one for him . His birthday is 8/15 and I would really appreciate having this gift for him before that date

GearBubble Received incorrect product

I ordered your "Husband" mug, order #: gb_c1a8e569db6e101a. It shipped on 7/8/18 and finally arrived today. BUT it wasn't the husband mug I ordered, instead when I opened it, it says "The Storm is Here Q Anon" with a flag and rabbit on it.

This was to be a birthday gift for my husband! This is the first thing I have ever ordered from your website and I can't express how disappointed I was to receive the wrong mug.

I am requesting a full refund of my purchase price.

GearBubble bracelet

I purchased this bracelet (love is being)on line on May 31, 2018 and here it is July and still no bracelet, I have contacted the company on a few or occasions with only we will look into it for you. I think this so wrong in many ways I feel that they have used my money for 2 mo. Not make the custom pay before you ship. I will never use this company again or tell anyone about it. Facebook should not be advertising for this company.

GearBubble doggy dad cup

I ordered a cup for my fiancé for Father's Day. It was personalized with my dogs name and a cute saying. I waited to get it and it just came in. I opened up the box and was shocked to see it was the wrong cup. I got a cup with a unicorn on it saying shut the [censored] up just spelled differently. I am extremely upset as this was supposed to be special. I want my cup sent to me ASAP.

GearBubble daughter in law pendant

I ordered a daughter in law pendant from Gear Bubble on 4th June. It was just what my husband and I were looking for her birthday this year. She has been married to my son 10yrs this year and we wanted something to let her know how special she is and this fitted the bill perfectly. I sent off the $41 90 and received the pendant a couple of weeks later. To say we were disappointed is an under statement! It is not the size shown on the face book page it is so tiny that even with a magnifying glass we can hardly read the inscription on it! They should have said that what you were seeing was not the size you would receive. It is a quarter of the size. I want a full refund and will send back the pendant when they send a reply paid envelope.

GearBubble stamped bracelet

I sent a payment of $24.90 on May 28th. My name is Diana York and the order number is #gb_84718afafe15c3f9. I wanted Grammy stamped on the bracelet. Please contact me at [protected]. GearBubble cat/dog mug

I just received the mug I ordered for my husband for Father's Day. When I ordered it I inscribed it perfectly before I submitted it. However, the mug I received says "Love, Jabba " When it is suppose to say Wheeler and Mikey. What am I suppose to do now, how do I resolve this? I noticed from the comments that I am not alone in my grievance.

GearBubble cat dad mug

I just received the Cat Dad mug I ordered and you clearly don't care about your customers. I inscribed the order after the word "Love" with abbreviated names of my cats… Lil Eng Ope Rango and you people inscribed it with Love, Thor? What the heck is that? At least you could have used just Lil if there was a limit on letters, which was clearly not mentioned in your FB ad. If you want this mug back for someone who owns a Thor, please send me paid return postage and I will gladly send it back. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company so you won't be getting paid.

GearBubble customer service

I ordered a mug for Father's Day on June 4th via Paypal. They took my money immediately but didn't show it enroute to DHL until June 8th. It then arrived at a DHL facility on June 11th and FINALLY departed Elkridge, MD on June 12th with expected delivery date of June 18th and Father's Day is June 17th! Never, ever will I buy anything from this company again! I'm just hoping that I actually do receive this item some day! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

GearBubble personalized mug

good morning,

my name is Donna Kampf and I placed an order on June 6 for a Dog Daddy mug.
I saw it posted on Facebook and thought what a cute idea to send for a give for Fathers day.

It is now June 14th and I have yet to received it. This was a Fathers Day gift and everytime I track my shipment it says it is still being made.

How long does it take to make a mug? I don't understand why this would be such a production!

I guess you guys just screwed me out of my money.

GearBubble requested info on how to set up marketing

I set up 4 campaigns and have not sold one thing and I am not sure how to setup marketing. I emailed support about this and there replay was: "Thank you for contacting Gearbubble support. We apologize as we don't do support
for Marketing, that's the seller's responsibility. You may visit our blog site and check
articles about running ads: https://blog.gearbubble.com/ ". I seen one thing talking about Pixel's and that is it nothing on marking. It would be nice to have some video's showing how to do things like that but no all I get is we don't support marketing. I received one video when I opened a Gear Bubble account on how easy it was to get going and sell products and that is a lie. I did what that video said and have sold nothing with no help from your support team.

GearBubble mug

Ordered a mug on May 4, 2018 and still have not received it (May 22). When you call DHL, they tell you to call gear bubble who then tells you to call DHL. It was ordered as a Mother's Day gift and that time has come and passed. It is a good thing I used PayPal to order it because I am going to have to call them to get my money back. I will never order anything from them again. Extremely poor company with even worse customer service.

I need to change my 1 star rating to a 4 star rating because of Josephine at gear bubble. She responded to my emails and offered a full refund on my purchase. After thinking about it, I can't lay all the blame on the seller, you have to look at the delivery service too. In reality, the delivery service is the one who did not deliver the product, not the seller. I would consider doing business with them again.

I purchased a God necklace on May 8th and have not received anything yet. My tracking number is 634340. I would like to know when I will receive my purchase, and I would like to be able to track my purchase. If not I would like a refund asap. I have received no notifications regarding my order which is unacceptable. Shipping was listed as 4-11 days. I would like to now receive updates on my order via email. [protected]@gmail.com

GearBubble mugs: fulfillment and customer service

Just in the course of a few months I've also had three problems with GearBubble.
A few months ago one of my customers received the wrong mug. When I emailed Gearbubble's Customer Service they wrote back basically saying they were too backlogged with Christmas orders to resolve their mistake or to give me any special notice.
Now I have another issue: My customer never received his mug and the USPS has no record of having ever gotten the package from Gearbubble. I emailed them two days ago and was told they would email me an update on the tracking. Obviously it's not a tracking issue if there's no record of the post office having received it. It's a lost or unfulfilled order. So I feel like once again I'm getting the run-around.
Pretty spotty service and a polite but 'who care' attitude.

GearBubble regarding order #gb_fa4b8f6a9aa9e3a9

This order was placed & paid for by PayPal on 5/5/18. I received notification that it was shipped by USPS on 5/8/18 and was given this tracking number. 9374869903502821203715 . USPS has no record of ever receiving this order for shipment. Please advise as soon as possible. This was never received and it was intended as a birthday gift. I do not appreciate given a tracking number that has no shipment attached to it. I would like to know the current status of this shipment before I notify Paypal of non-receipt of this item.

tracked both orders till they said they were delivered but did not receive anything in the mailbox.
Now what do I do?
Tried calling Gear bubble no answer.
Emailed Gearbubble no response.
don, t now how to copy and past info for you.
Maybe I have to suffer the loss.

ordered two necklaces, took 22 days to get them and the quality is very bad, tried to contact on phone no response
sent email still no reply, how does one solve the problem. MY OPINION DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GEAR BUBBLE.
