GearBestworst website ever

Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about this company. I ordered headphones and paid extra for the expedited shipping to have them in 7 days. 7 days passed and I received nothing so I contacted GearBest customer service and was told that my headphones were not in stock. It has now been four weeks now and still no contact on the progress of the order. I tried to contact them again, but since it is Chinese New Year, I received no replies. I contacted PayPal and told them about what happened. They promised to help. I really hope I'll get my money back.
