GearBest / two items

I've bough four items from GearBest for Christmas. I received only three. My order was separated into two different shipments and one of the shipments never arrived. Gearbest customer service played back and forth game in communication before finally simply saying, "it's not our fault" and refusing to help or refund my money! That experience with missing deliveries was terrible! I will not use this business again.
