GearBest product shipping

I ordered some stuff for my personal purpose but still not yet shipped and contacting method is worst then ever... . Their is no live contact for communicate and every time i open the website page and got o the my order still not yet shipped, its slow and dumb service i am faceing. What a jock.
plz do some thing.

GearBest very bad client support. my product * snow chains* buyed in dec. 2018 (it was on stock) was postponed to last days from february.

Hi. I ' ve placed the order for snow chains in 9 dec.2018 . It was a long time to wait, until 9-29 January, but i waited ... until February and nothing. The order tracking was showing the same place where the package was more than a month before. I have send a mail to gearbest but no answer. After I contacted them via messenger. First time I asked them for money back. It was like they couldn't read it this text where I ask for refund. For them, I understood it wasn't t an option. After few conversations where I was told that I can change the product I was agreed. Now I don't t know nothing about new product. This is the last conversation:

Made an order on 21.12.2018
JIMMY JV51 Handheld Wireless Powerful Vacuum Cleaner from Xiaomi youpin

Before especially contacted support manager and asked about item availability. Manager told that item is in stock and would be shipped out in 1-2 days.
I made an order and contacted supports once again to doublecheck this information. The answer was the same.

Few days have passed, no dispatch. I contacted support manager again and was told that somehow item is not in stock. But it should be in stock (if I remember well) on 24-26.
Again after these dates I contacted support managers and was told about 30-31.
On 2 or 3 of January I was told that it would be "FOR SURE" on 7-9. And today (January 7) I was told about 12-14...

Looks like this company is one big group of liars...

I wouldn't pay for item to wait month or more for dispatch and the same time for delivery if I would know before that they just telling total lies.
I don't know what to do after about 20 days. Wait more or get money back?

For any other customer can recommend to cancel orders after the 1st time they will lie about the terms.

GearBest jrc highlander 4x4 remote control car

Having purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas present from Gearbest UK, within 3 days of her having itband only 2 uses of about 20 mins each time due to the battery life it develped a fault rendering it unusable.
When the remote is pulled slowly to drive slowly the car goes full speed only, when the remote is put to reverse it does nothing at all. On one occasion without the remote being activated the car went across the floor at full speed and wouldn't stop. It scratched my wife's hand as she struggled to switch it off. The car is unusable, and I have been in lengthy conversation under Ticket:E181231000952. I have explained that it has had 2 uses of an max of 20 mins each time, that it hasn't been abused and that I would like a refund. I have only been offered 15 USD which is an insult, as I paid £55 for it.
I'd ask please that you make exception to your policy in this case as it has had such little use. As you can imagine, I am trying to resolve this for my daughter who is very disappointed. I hope very much to get this resolved reasonably.

GearBest broken tablet-not honoring warranty

STAY AWAY! I bought a Chuwi Hi10 Pro and after 3 months the SD card slot stopped working. I have been going back with a customer service rep for about a month now just trying to fair treatment. The information they provided is inconsistent & unclear. Now they are trying to offer me an $80 refund for a tablet I paid around $170.00 for...I'm going to have to file a complaint with the FTC or some other government agency just to get fair compensation.

GearBest mobile phone

I order a Mobile phone more than a month ago. Have not received the product yet and the shipping company doesn't have any clue about the product and they asked to contact gearbest. But gearbest customer is worse and terrible experience. They are not ready to refund the product and always send me the same email kind of auto mail as a response for my complaint. I suppose to get the product in 2 weeks, but its been than a month now. dont know whom I can contact to get the refund.

GearBest [protected]

Regarding Order No: [protected]. I ordered this item as a Christmas present for £300 at the end of October. It is has still not arrived. There is no tracking update since 30.11 and the last two updates were, rather uselessly, in Chinese. The customer service agents on my ticket do not know where my item is and are unable to give me any answers to my questions. All they say is 'sorry for your inconvenience, please stay patient and wait'. I am beyond frustrated as I have been waiting over a month and a half and another apology for my inconvenience will not suffice. I want my item before Christmas or my money back in full. I also want to know how to make a formal complaint. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever received and furthermore there is no phone number to be able to speak to anyone regarding the issue. BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ever. Buy from a legitimate company, these guys are scammers

GearBest delivery not attempted

the courier company have not tried to deliver nor they have tried to contact on my phone number. But updated 'customer not found'. without enquiring whether the courier company is telling a lie Gearbest returned my order back and offering me 20% refund. Thus I am losing 80% of my money without any fault at my side.
This is a kind of cheating. Will never shop with gearbest again. Order id [protected]

GearBest item not delivered

I ordered a mobile phone on the 9th November, which was sent out by gearbest. On receipt of the item in my country, the delivery company had lost the item. The delivery company admit they have lost the item and simply ask gearbest to raise a claim. I cannot deal with the delivery company directly.

I have raised a number of tickets with gearbest support, invariably receiving different responses, all ultimately resulting in "please collect your item from the delivery company within 14 days". The delivery company have told me it is lost. I have told gearbest to raise a claim, and had they actually done so they will realise the item is lost. The aftersales care is poor.

In gearbests defence, I have ordered from them for a couple of years, and any issues has been resolved promptly. I will however, never again, order from them.

GearBest shipment number: nl15414996722962

I ordered 2 Xaiomi IP cameras.
I have not received it yet. It has been held by custom as they wont release as the information you provided was wrong.

The order clearly says Netherlands post registered but your parcel says China and according to custom department I will have to pay charges to release which is 60% of the actual cost of product itself.

I want my money back and they will be able to ship back the product to you if I do not collect which i clearly intend to do.

Please advise when can i be refunded?

GearBest still not shipped

Dear Gearbest Company,

On 29.09.2018 i've ordered two items with order number of [protected]. Normally this order contains three products which all of them were in stock on pre-sales activity, that effects to my choice of products around many options. So, i've choosen the items in the way that they are in stock, can be shipped easily and receive them directly.

But, topic was, I waited till 09.10.2018 to get first two products to get package, which is mostly again the case that products were out of stock and you've waited for stock option... and third product which is the most expensive and critical one in the package is still waiting for stock availability till 18.10.2018! So, it means, on 20 days you can't create a package of one product which is so unfortunate.

For me, I feel so unsatisfied about my order and don't want to continue with Gearbest from now on if my issue is not get fixed.

Hey, I send back a package where the China post sad they delivered it in 2days and the Gearbest costumer service are saying that they didnt got any package from me.They dont wont to refund me anything.I have the proof from china post but still they say that they dont have the package.There is somebody in the same situation so we can fight against them?What shall we do?Need some help...pleaseI!

GearBest huawei honor 6x - defective charger

Purchased an Huawei Honor 6x in april 2018. The charger came defective, so i contacted the gearbest customer service, described the issue and provided photos trying to charge the phone with the charger.
Gearbest answered that they would send another charger. Asked for the charger model, and i sent photo. Till now they didn't send the replacement charger, and when i ask them why, or its because they don't have it in stock, or because they can't remember the charger model/reference, or wait 3-5 days... I think they're tying me...
I'm in a dead end with their customer support service, and cannot get the problem solved...

GearBest non delivery of order

I made an order for a card reader from this company. I did not receive it.

When I asked about it they said that their policy was that had to wait for 2 MONTHS before they could help. After 2 months, they said that they had already delivered it they would not help.

I have made other others with them, which arrived, but if there is a problem, their service is atrocious. They are quite willing to lose a customer over a few dollars, so how can you trust them with more expensive items?

It is just not worth the risk of buying from them.

GearBest out of stock after 2 weeks of waiting

I'd like to express my disappointment with Gearbest's services.

On 2018-07-29 I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus 4G Phablet 3GB RAM Global Version which had an estimate time of shipping of 2 weeks. I waited for more than two weeks and it hadn't been shipped, so I contacted support to know what had happened and they said the product was out of stock, and that I could ask for another product (if it were more expensive, I would have to pay the difference, of course) or get my money refunded. So I entered in contact again asking about another phone's availability and they said that that phone wasn't available on stock as well.

This is a total lack of respect, because they post their products on their website (THE PRODUCT WAS WITH A SALE DISCOUNT!) even if it's out of stock.

I will surely think a lot before buying with them again, and definitely won't recommend them to my friends as I used to do before.

GearBest no delivery, no refund

I ordered hair with Gearbest on the 4th of May via Express shipping which suppose to have taken 7 to 14 days to be delivered. I contacted them several times and kept on getting different responses from different agents. They told me to wait until the 21 July, they kept on dodging my question "why do i need to wait for almost 3 months". It is the 25th and still haven't received my parcel, now they want to compensate 40%. i feel if they send my product through safe and correct shipping and on time my product would have arrived safely.

GearBest faulty item, from factory

Ordered a helmet for 23.25 EUR, over 1 month later it arrives with a factory problem. One of the stripes that holds the helmet to your head is not attached, obviously a factory problem, an item that should never be sent to begin with.

The helmet poses a real threat to safety, impossible to use.

After contacting Gearbest support twice, their only solution is to refund 10 dollars. 30% of the original cost.

So here's what the company is doing, selling damaged items all over Europe, they know we will for refund, but who cares, because they'll give only 30% of the item cost so they still making money.

Stay away from Gearbest.

I bought electronics items as samples for my business this group of crooks could not deliever even following up for 3 weeks please people world wide woke up and never dare do business with these thieves its a well codenated ring of thieves, fraudsters / scammers they will even issue you with fake tracking numbers to make believe for example they 6 fake tracking numbers one is rf 546941587sg for goods i never i recieved todate

GearBest I didn't receive my items but I get half of the money

I paid 55$ for wifi router, universal socket and iphone data cable with charge adapter
But I got nothing. Then they make me a favor and give me 27$ back.

So finally, I paid 55$ for get 27$ how lucky am i.

I didnt recieve any items and I told them but they said me you didnt make insurance so we can pay half of them. However, I never make any insurance with tinydeal, dealxtreme or aliexpress. If there is problem, they refund me full of money. On the other hand, gearbest customer service cannot provide any solution to me.

Gearbest should find a solution:
1-they can send me the items again
2- they can refund full of the money which I paid.

P. S who read this, put yourself in my situation: I paid 55$ and I didn't recieve anything then they refund half of money.
