GearBest disrespectful

One important thing you should know: GearBest based in China, so if you're going to ship everything back (and you will want it for sure, I have no doubts), you will pay even more than for your order itself.
So think twice. Shipping to China costs ridiculously expensive. They are aware of that, so they are not embarrassed to send low-quality items to customers (especially from North America) knowing that no one will spend so much money on shipping.
Very smart and convenient, but absolutely disrespectful.

GearBest ripoff, lies - very bad shopping - don't buy from here

I've ordered Gearbest on 26.09.2017. My delivery address is the first cargo number given to me in Konya/turkey "EA * * * * CN". When I followed this shipping number, I found out that he was delivered to another address in China on 20/10/2017. I contacted the site on this. It's hard to put my order back on 23/07/2017. At least I thought so. New cargo Number "EA * * * * CN". When I followed this shipping number, I found out that he was delivered to another address in China on 31/10/2017. They're practically mocking me and trying to defraud me. The customer service responds both to the late and the standard responds and is stalling. I regretted shopping at Gearbest. My first order and the last. It's really a joke. is a cargo sent to the wrong address twice? This is to defraud or mock the client. Don't buy from here.

I have ordered a red colour umidigi S2 phone through your app. My expected delivery date was 14 Nov but now the status on my account is coming refunded. I have not received any money or any mail or call why the product is being refunded. Please let me known the whole Scranton or atleast give me a contact no where can I follow up for the following thing.

DO NOT ORDER – Gearbest took my money and phone never arrived

Ordered the Lenovo P2 phone from Gearbest as it looked like a good deal. The package was delivered slit open and re-taped together with the phone missing from the box. It did not help that they had “Mobile phones” clearly written on the package under my address. I contacted Gearbest reporting the issue, to which I was told that this was not their problem but rather the delivery company’s issue. I quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that clearly states that undelivered good are the Retailer’s responsibility (Gearbest) and not the Deliverer’s. All obligations were again refuted by Gearbest, leaving me no other option then to take them to tribunal (which was not worth it for the cost of a mobile phone). Thanks for scamming me and taking my money. I will not be using Gearbest again.

GearBest not trustworthy

Ohhhhh what a mess. I a so angry with them. Just imagine. Each time I am going to order something they are always out of something. I don't remember when they had something in stock, and even if they did, it was the wrong information, because the items were always in stock. Maybe it sounds confusing, but i'm so tired of this mess. Every time it's the same. Please, if you have no items, maybe you will just stop running your useless business?

GearBest do not trust them

Don't trust them and never use this company for ordering. Just a waste of time and nothing else.
They are very unreliable, and if you place an order it won't mean they will ever ship it. They will just take your money and start making promises they will send soon, but it won't be true.
All of their positive reviews are fake, so be very careful and stay away.

GearBest refund policy not respected

In july this year I bought an smartphone from Gearbest, order no W1708111716503148. The smartpohne had no sound at all. I have send it back to Gearbest. I also opened a ticket, no E17081700355, asking the refund.
After they received back the faulty product they did not bother to let me know that. I told them that I have the mail post confirmation that the product has been delivered to them. They refund me only the money for the phone, 2 weeks after they received it back and only after I have made more complaints.
I never received the money for the shipping back to them the faulty product, even if in theyr policy and also in the message that they send me was very clear that they will refund me the costs for the shipping back the product.
So, I am asking them again to refund me the money for shipping back the product.
I allready lost 37 euro because I had to pay custom tax (I live in France) and TVA when they first time have send me the product (I asked them before ordering if there are any custom taxes or TVA that I have to pay, they did not answered).
My advice is to avoid buying from them.

GearBest order not yet delivered

I orders Xiaomi vr set 35 days ago.. it's been stuck in Delhi airport for like 15 days.. I have been trying to contact gearbest but no response.. my order no. is WP1707290559461703... Kindly process it already.. I have payed the money and the order was shipped off more than a month ago still no sight of it... Order stalled at Delhi airport stuck at the customs... I had been trying to get in touch.. but no response was made... Kindly acknowledge..

GearBest broken item and no refund

I bought this quad copter from gear best.
The item was broken at arrival. One engine doesn't work and the cable is cut.
I request a refund or a new item.
Gearbest support said that the item was tested and passes DOA inspection. So they don't refund RC or quadcopters
But in the web page said they have a 45 days money refund disclaimer.
I submitted the picture and contacted one day after I receive the product, but they lie saying that I receive the product 3 months early that the date that I receive.
Also, they don't propose a solution.
So I literally bought a broken quadcopter from this page losing the money and don't have an answer

GearBest faulty battery/phone

The below was sent to gearbest weeks after trying to communicate with them and resolve the issue. The customer care team do not appear to have a good level of understanding or written English and appear to have a list of automated responses they use. This is a summary of what has happened.

Firstly, I would like to remind you of your mission statement, which is nothing like the service I have receiv

I purchased a phone last year which arrived sometime after 30 July much later than promised. I am not sure of the exact date but know I made contact with you to say it had not arrived on 26th July. It became faulty around the 19th July this year. The battery would not charge and it only worked if plugged in. It does not work at all now.
Sally offered a few options, one was to return it. This was not an option as my post office informed me that it is not permitted to send batteries through the post in China. Sally then offered a refund of $42. I declined this as I felt it was not enough considering the original price was $149. Sally said this was the largest refund allowed. However a few days later she offered $50 and also declared that this was the largest refund allowed. I declined this offer also. Theb Janice enquired about sending the phone to the UK. This would cost approx €15 but this is something I could do, but Sally seemed to ignore this in the next correspondence and offered $50 again. The next correspondence was from Elie who stated that it was out of warranty but that as Sally had confirmed a refund of $50 you as a company would have to accept the loss. In your terms and conditions, it states that the warranty begins when you receive the item. If you check your records you can see that I had not received it by 30th July 2016 and I first made contact regarding the fault on 20th July 2017 which indicates that it is still within the warranty period. Since then Sally has been contacting me to say that it is out of warranty and that you can not give any solution even though Elie has stated that you as a company would honour the offer of $50. As you can see there are lots of contradictions in these correspondances and also lies as to what you largest refund is. I find the tone of these messages very unprofessional and unsatisfactory and not at all in keeping with your mission statement. This has caused me a lot of stress and I have had to buy another phone while waiting for a satisfactory outcome.

Since then there have been more communications but none of the below questions have been answered:
1. Please advise and provide proof as to how my item is out of warranty as the dates I have already provided to you show that from when my item was received to when I first made contact with gearbest according to your terms and conditions it WAS IN WARRANTY.
2. This was a response by Elie "However, since Sally confirmed to refund you 50USD, we can only accept the loss". Are you as a company now going back on your word and refusing to honour this?
3. This was a response by Sally "If it is really cannot be returned, we just can refund 42 USD.

It really the largest refund we can make for you."

And this is another response by Sally "We would like to refund 50 USD on your account.

It is the largest refund.
As you can see these are two different amounts and Sally claims that both are the largest amount that can be refunded. So, it would appear that Sally is not telling the truth on one of these occasions. Does gearbest accept this kind of behaviour where is okay to lie to the customer, this is not in keeping with your mission statement.

Please provide answers to the above questions or consult your supervisor to provide assistance as I will continue to pursue this issue until a satisfactory outcome has been met.

I bought a phone from your website, a few days after the purchase the finger print sensor stopped working, I did not mind because I almost never used it. However for the last two days the touch pad has not been functioning properly, it will work perfectly fine for a few moments and the out of no where it'll start to either be super sensitive and open up apps or options I haven't pressed or just outright not work

GearBest no refund after product malfunction

Products: yi ii 4k action camera, kingma waterproof case, plastic mount, adhesive tape.
First I bought the camera, then I bought the products, all at gearbest.
All parts necessary were "installed" in my surfboard by professionals at a surf store.
So, I was doing surf, 15 days after receiving the products, and while curving on a wave, the case (With the camera inside obviously) flew off into the ocean.
Then I looked to see what happened and the plastic mount had a piece bent over, broke. So, it´s possible to understand that the plastic mount had a defect on a piece, and so I guess the weight of the waterproof case (With the camera inside) made it bend and with that the "click" part of the case got loose and detached and just flew off into the ocean.
To make a brief summary:
- I bought every one of the lost items in gearbest, and all of them can be used for surfing;
- all the products were correctly put in the surfboard and there are witnesses;
- it is gearbest responsibility to make sure every single product gearbest sells from the thousands of different stores, does not have defect... It´s not clients responsibility;
- as soon as I used, the items detached and are now lost in the ocean, due to the defect of the products sold to me;
- I am entitled to a refund by chinese and specially portuguese consumer law, and also the product with the defect was only 15 days, so inside the gearbest refund policy, and that product caused the lost of a yi ii 4k and a kingma waterproof case, so both these items need to be refunded;
- all of the process has witnesses, that are from the police, and I have an official report that states that the products did not work as they should work
So I asked gearbest to refund me or send me new items (Yi ii 4k action camera, plus kingma waterproof case) and the person responsible with my ticket case is going around in circles, saying very idiot things that I refute immediately and then she/he moves on to other idiotic thing, and keep repeating the same over and over.

GearBest hubsan h501s 4x quadcopter doa missing parts and?

I purchased this on gearbest website. When I received it . I went very slowly familiarizing myself with the product. Once I realized the product would not start properly I looked closer parts missing like data cord, rubber button covers . looks like the product has been sent without being checked out . Was it a return? maybe. Buy the time I realized this the 3 day doa had passed. I figured ok warranty 45 days money back guarantee... then was informed... Fine print in misc on the site. Now warranty for this type of product. So I spent $280 and get something I can't use. Buyers beware. don't buy from them go elsewhere

Dear all,
I bough a brand new product on Gearbest website. When I received it on the 5th April, it was broken on the top and does not open and close properly. I have then contacted Gearbest and requested for this to be sorted as I bought a new product.
Now that I am trying to sort this issue I have been writing messages back and forwards with no solution on the line. I have been told every day a different ´policy´ by a different person. It is just unbelievable. I have requested a contact number several times and none was provided.
The service is extremely poor and no one is available to sort the issue.
Also, I did not buy a cheap product and they want me to pay to send the product back to the company or to pay a full price to get a new one.

I have just re-checked: all areas are cleaned and as you can see attached the area is free and clear.
My main question is that I bought a new product (only used three times) that came already damaged on the top area and that the open case does not open properly. Please re-review the attachments.
I do not think it is a good service to sell the equipment's already damaged and just sending an apology by e-mail.

It´s now 10 days that I am trying to sort out this issue.
As I said previously I bought a brand new product that is broken on the top.
The product is working but I find difficult that you want us to pay to return the item and having the risk of you not covring the damage and if I keep the product (damaged) you only return 15 USD which is about 8% of the cost of the product.
I am happy to keep the product as it works but would like an higher refund.
Please see attached the photo showing the damage.

Dear all,

this is the first purchase on your store and I have had so many issues that it unbelievable.
You are saying that the broken area might be caused by shipping and you say it´s not under your control but it´s not my issue either. So who is actually responsible? I even paid the insurance.
Second, it´s not my fault that your colleague gave the wrong information so as far as I am aware, you need to do what we were told before. It´s to easy to say it was someone else mistake.

I don´t think it´s fare for me to stay with this equipment and as I said before you want to give us less than 10% to cover. I am sorry but that is not enough.

I would like to have a contact number so I can call and discuss this issue with someone senior.
I have been trying to sort this for more than 10 days now.

The product is new, it´s broken and does not work properly. On my previous messages I have attached video, photos showing where it´s broken and that it does not work properly. Still I had no comment on this.
I don´t want money, I want a product that works.

GearBest leagoo m8 pro

On march 29, 2017, I bought a leagoo m8 pro on the gearbest site. The shipping promise was between the 1st and 13th of april. I think that due to the day of the lie to date they have not sent my cell phone. The answering service only gives automatic answers, offering me the money back or having me wait. Now they want me to wait another 7 business days so they can maybe know which day to send. The company is heavily stuck, dx shipped similar products within 24 hours, but gearbest can not meet deadlines of 10 business days.
Searching on the brazilian website "reclameaqui.com. Br" I have seen a complaint (Complaint reclameaqui of [protected]) from a customer who bought the same product that my two days after my order and has already had their order sent, while my product does not even it was processed! Since you do not want to send my product, I have decided to open a complaint on the same site (Reclameaqui complaint of [protected]). If they do not respond and send my cell phone in 24 hours, I will share this complaint on all international websites, social networks and youtube videos that mention gearbest or leagoo m8 pro! I want my cell phone!

GearBest product not received

I have not recieved my product with order number WP1702162138531206 and given a Shippment number: NL14874169348939.
I have ordered on 18-Feb-2017 itself.
I was told to receive your order max by 10-25 days.
The last I can see in tracking says reached India custom. But I didn't get any notification or a call regarding this.

Please help me on this urgently.

Hi, I have not received my order Gearbest. I order in January 2018, I was informed it will take 20 - 30 days. I went to the local post office but nothing. My tracking number is RG965652867BE, order number Jan 15, 2018 06:53:20 AMOrder number: W1801150653201702Shipping.

I also have a problem with this shipper (the product lacks an important detail). If GB does not solve this situation properly, then we'll shoot a great video for YouTube. 700 thousand subscribers are not jokes :)

Similar situation here, please help me.. how you handled this?
Even after 15 days shipper has not shipped the product but raised pre-order delivery and shared the tracking number.

hi Anand, have you received yr product yet ? i just place an order 2 days ago and got my tracking number yesterday. they said the product just got shipped out.but i cannot track the product yet. sombdy on the fb group tell me he get his product on the 10th day.he did use fast ship option(to australia).however he did tell me the tracking system sucks. do you use free shipping option ?have you contact them ?

GearBest dash cam

I ordered a dash cam and paid online via PayPal. Weeks have gone by and the item was never received. Emailing Gearbest through their website was an exercise in frustration. They kept "assuring" that the item was shipped but that there was no way to track the shipment. After weeks of this back and forth, and the item never appearing, Inasked for a refund, and their responses curiously stopped. I am seeking a refund via PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy. Simply a horrible company and a horrible experience dealing with them.

GearBest extrusion cable missing for a8 3d printer

I received my anet8 3d printer from gearbest in early January 2017. When I received the printer the extrusion motor harness was missing. Through numerous attempts at resolving the issue with gearbest I am left with a printer that does not function due to an incomplete kit that they sent me. Gearbest pathetic attempt at resolving the issue was to give me a $10 credit rather than sending the missing component. I'm currently out $250 from the original purchase. Their customer service at gearbest is none existent they should be ashamed of themselves. All communications with gearbest customer service was automatically generated responses. They have currently closed my customer ticket saying the part is on back order however I can purchase a new printer as they are in Stock.  Gearbest does not stand behind their products and are a company in business to take your money! They are crooks I would recommend buying any similar product they sell from a competitors website
