We ordered a range when ours stopped working. I expressed to our salesman that we had no working stove in our house. We were told our new stove would be in Augusta the following Monday and be delivered Wed or Fri the following week. Ten days after the promised delivery date our stove was still not in Augusta and no one at H.H. Gregg had followed up on my order on their own. When I called, they called. When they called they could not give me any firm information about my purchase or delivery. We were going into the week of Christmas with no stove and no promise of delivery. We canceled our order with HH Gregg and bought the stove from another company. Today, to add insult to injury, I have been called by our salesman to say I needed to come by and sign a piece of paper to cancel the order! The service from HH Gregg has been horrendous.
