GE profile refrigerator / GE doesn't care

I purchased a GE profile refrigerator. After less than three months of use, the compressor failed (last Tuesday). I told them the problem. They arrived without the part and said it had to be special ordered. Service refuses to schedule appointments within the time frame of work. They claim that they can only contact people via e-mail. Moreover, they promise to return calls and never do. Is there something to be done regarding the quality and service issues?

I am having trouble with my GE profile refrigerator/freezer. The freezer freezes up and causes the temp in both the freezer side and refrigerator temperatures to rise.
It is 18 months old and I have had 4 service calls. Two were to GE and 2 were from a repair firm we have used for years.

Anyone had any results in getting GE to fix the problem.
