GE Profile Range Stove Top / left front burner does not work

Service man was excellent, ordered a part and when the part came it had the wrong size top. Who ever in your parts warehouse should make sure that pieces match before they are shipped.
In order for me to speak with someone about this I had to talk to a machine who kept switching me to the wrong person, got cut off all together at one point. Sears is no longer the Sears that I could rely on.

I pay hundreds of dollars for this service and I am disappointed in your methods. Your service people should be backed up by reliable help.
