Ge / Profile Dishwasher / Terrible service!
December 15, 2007 I had a service tech come to my house because a week prior to this date another service tech came to my house because my dishwasher was under a recall. So on the 7th of December this gentleman replaces the harness in my dishwasher and tells me that he went ahead and ordered a motor because it needs one and when it comes in for my to call the 1-800 # when the part arrives so gives me a magnet with A & E #. So when i receive this part i call this company and they give me a date for the 15th between 8am-12pm. The tech comes to my house at 8am on the dot tells me he's outside so i told him give me a minute he calls me back from the outside of my house and tells me that he is not going to the job because he needs to make sure that he is going to get paid for the job. So I asked him what do you mean he says well the last tech should have gave you a receipt with GE phone number cause i would have to go through them to make an appointment to make sure that they paid. I said well come in let me show all the gentleman gave me last time. And he throws the magnet on my counter towards me and says this is your problem you will have to take of this with GE I cannot do the work So i tell him wait one moment let me call A&E and verify what your telling me. As i am on the phone with A&E verifying the information he had given me as i am on the phone with A&E this gentleman spits something out of his mouth and i was applaud at this man spitting something in my home and at his attitude. So i said to him did you just spit in my house and he says no. I said i just saw you and your gonna lie to my face get the [censored] out of my house now and give me your badge number and name and so he is just yelling it out at me 715714 or something like that and so i followed him outside and said i want it now and it gives it and as he is walking away he says something along the lines of B**** and i said did you just call me a B**** and he got in his company van and left. All as i was on the phone with an operator from A&E and she is just apologizing as she is listening to this all. I would like for action to be taken against this man who came into my and disrespected my home as well as me. And i am going to talk to an attorney to see what i can do about this because this man does not need to be working for any company who requires face to face customer service with clients because he lacks professionalism and respect.
