GE Money Bank / Helpful Information

1 Rapid City, SD, United States Review updated:

This is a comment, not a complaint. I used to work for GE Money Bank, but not in the Customer Service Department. I would suggest that if you have a problem that you can't resolve through Customer Service, go to the dealer where you got your product and have them call the department they work with. Often then can help you, but not always. It is worth a try.

My large institution wants to set up an Amazon credit line account that uses this bank. Amazon cust service couldn't answer all the questions I had and referred me to the bank. The number the dumb guy at Amaz gave me is only for those who already have accounts.

I am having no luck finding a number for this bank for non-customers' questions about documentation samples, auto debit payments from another credit card, etc.

I am always amazed at modern "customer service" where the companies refuse to reveal their contact points. More and more companies just do not want to provide a human to talk to.

you know just like all banks they have to have terms and conditions the problem is most people dont read those but when ur approved for the credit u agree to them this is common sense of credit cards so when something doesnt go the way you like it to u bad mouth all companies but if u read the term and conditions its all laid out right there saying what will happen and so forth i think all comapanies make bad judgement sometimes but over all u agreed to using the card and so forth if u dont understand what the term mean or say ask someone before u start using that card just because people are stupid or too lazy to read the fine print that is their own fault...

READ THE TERM AND CONDITIONS AND I CAN SAY THAT 98% OF THE PROBLEMS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPEN IF U UNDERSTAND THE CREDIT CARD UR USING. USE COMMON SENSE IT GOES A LONG WAY...
