I paid approx $1500.00 for a GE dishwasher last year and to this date I am still calling for something to be fixed. The last time it was not draining water, come to find out there was a hole in the drain line and the water was going under the dishwasher on the floor under the new flooring. Then it was not heating and would not dry the dishes including the added heat button would not work. When I made that appointment I waited 3 weeks only for no one to show up and when I called the following Monday to find out what happened I was told I never had an appointment. So another appointment was made and since then, NOW, I can not use the dishwasher at all due to the control panel has gone nuts showing that it is going through all the different wash cycles at one time including drying and draining. I have had to open the door to stop it from running and running. When I called the service dept this am to let them know it is even worse now than before she said tell the repairman when he calls you ...because they carry parts on the truck ...THAT IS A LIE!! What they carry on the truck might be a bandage. I have been through this with getting the cook top repaired and now I am going through heck to get the dishwasher to work correctly without causing damage to the rest of the home with flooding water. I WANT THESE APPLICANCES FIXED AND FIXED CORRECTLY -- I AM TIRED OF BEING PUT ASIDE AND TREATED LIKE AN INSIGNIFICANT NUSANCE. MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND THEN BEING STOOD UP THEN TOLD THERE WAS NEVER AN APPOINTMENT IN THE SYSTEM. THIS IS ALL HOG WASH AND I AM SICK OF IT ESPECIALLY AFTER THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT WITH YOUR COMPANY ON NEW APPLICANCES FOR THE REMODEL OF MY KITCHEN. You wait, the repairman will come in, hopefully the appointment is really in the computer system, he will say -- Hello what is the problem...then he will say I have to order parts but if i had know what it was doing i could of had THE PARTS with me ...NEVER FAILS--IT IS A MINIMUM OF 2 VISITS PER TROUBLE CALL TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IN A PROFIT COMPETITIVE WORLD WE ARE IN NOW ALONG WITH THE COST OF GAS. I FEEL LIKE DRIVING TO TEXAS AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE TIM AND TOM FRANK. SURELY THEY ARE SMARTER THAN THIS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I WANT A NEW DISHWASHER AND A LETTER OF APPOLOGY FROM TIM AND TOM.
