GE Cordless Phone / Not charging, even with a new battery
I read with interest the complaint posted on this site regarding a GE digital phone working to just past the store warranty date then not charging, even with a new battery. Mine purchased in 2006 is doing exactly the same thing. After about an hour on the phone with Thompson customer service, I was instructed to send the hand set back. I did. About 3 weeks later I received the very same handset back in the mail, no note, not fixed, nothing.
Unlike the previous complainant, I will not be purchasing another.
