QVC - wrongful credit reporting to credit bureau

I paid my QVC credit card in full and closed my account over a year or two ago. I found out today, GE Capital who represents the Q card reported to the credit bureau my account was closed due to a settlement, still owing QVC $74.00 and change. This is ridiculous. Is this how the company treats its customers for closing an account? I want GE to report to the credit bureau the truth about my account. It was not closed due to non-payment. I am furious!

More than 90 days ago, which I opened a credit application in QVC on line.
but no answer came to me yet even Email.
