I have just started a training week with these guys and have to say they do a lot of the things that people have said, but on the flip side I dont see how they are breaking the law and as they do not publish any mags now its just the summits and conferences people know what they are getting and paying for and if it didnt happen then they would be shut down. I am not just out of Uni I have held several high eraning posistions and felt thar GDS had an opportunity to have the same with them. Watch this space

Disgruntled employees are the worst. You are pathetic.
You were obviously fired for a very good reason. I have worked at the GDS for over 3 years and its a great company to work for. There are fantastic incentives, great rewards and I earn a lot of money. My advice to you is get a life.

A friend of mine jjust recently stormed out of this company, complaining about their highly unscrupulous business ethics and how they almost robbed him of his innocence and values. Everyone cannot all be wrong about this company so its wise simply to stay far away from them, and possibly report them to bbcwatchdog...companies like this should trail after mammoths and dinosaurs toward extinction.

I get 4 calls a week from one or another of their 'worldwide' offices (boiler rooms) - one of their gullable just out of uni kids calling me pretending to be a trumped up exec. - put the phone down and save yourself the time and inconvenience.

I am in Sydney. they pretended to be a cousin that didn't exist to get my mobile phone number.

When I called back on the number they called me from, they said I had the wrong number, then with further prodding, they told me they were the Department of Agriculture and that they had phone problems and were getting lost of calls for the wrong numbers.

Then she let slip her extention which was the number I had called.

They lie, they cheat and they are unscrupulous.

I have reported them to the Telco watchdogs and the police, so they will soon find out what happens to liars and cheats.

I juswt hope they call and try and sell me something in the meantime.

The run ''trade magazines'' and also ''executive summits".

They run a boiler room on 40 Wall St. in Manhattan. There are numerous complaints, details about the horrible things this company does. GDS International / GDS Publishing phone numbers are blocked - so there is an extensive thread about this company on this website:
