dear sirs, please help
yesterday, I was supposed to receive my order from lazada which is shipped by gdex. I had an ms message from you telling me that your courtier is out to deliver it to me. I waited eagerly for him to come, but it seems that he made a mistake and delivered them to a person who I don't know. my two items tracking numbers are: [protected] and [protected]

GDex / GD Express service couriering parcel

I didn't received my parcel on time with the time promising to me, suppose by 2/8/18 before 5pm, and your staff keep promising with us by telling us they will calling us back but till the end I didn't get any call or updating current tracking for my parcel. It is useless if your customers give a number for making easier to your staff updating, but didn't apply it. Further I don't think that this complaint you guys will take an action because I don't think you guys a care about customer. Thank you.

GDex / GD Express I been waiting for my parcel almost about a week!!! still not received yet!!!

How can this happens? Undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt Date for twice? I can't believe it. It is totally ridicules. I had contacted customer service for about 3 times only to track my parcel and yet not helpful at all. Obviously felt helpless and disappointed at this point of time. Hope improvement can be done!

P/S: The Customer Service girl "Yanti"mentioned will update me at first. But in the end of the day she didn't even update regard to my parcel. Thanks Yanti...

GDex / GD Express delivery & poor service

Dear Gdex,

As per complaint earlier, we are from space products sdn bhd (A/C No : 1371585). Please be informed that our customer decided to collect themselves at our kl factory. They purposes ordered a lorry and own collection.

We wouldn't make payment for this transaction (consignment note : [protected]) and the goods will billing directly to Gdex (The goods amount RM350.00). The fee will directly deduct from your payment. Please take note. We already make losses on this delay matter and trustworthly from our customer.

For your information, we keep follow the tracking record since last saturday until todate but yet to get any news. We are feeling so disappointed on this matter since we support Gdex for many years.

GDex / GD Express delivery

Dear GDex,

SP. ace Products Sdn Bhd would like to make a complaint regarding the failure of delivery of package bearing reference number [protected]. We've used your courier service and the third party has yet to receive our goods. We are going to get penalty of RM1, 000 per day if we were to delay the delivery. We are completely disappointed with your service and we sincerely hope that you will look into the issue immediately.

GDex / GD Express yet to receive parcel (z18900740150)

From the tracking record, my parcel already with GDex since 05.07.2018 after I made payment to Taobao on 01.07.2018. However, till to date, 14.07.2018, I have yet to receive the parcel. I have called GDex CS line several times for the past few days to check on the status of delivery, and they keep saying rider is on the way and will call me once they arrive. Unfortunately, I never receive the calls! And my parcel!
Despite calling to CS, I have drop an email to [protected]@gdexpress.com, but no response at all.
Appreciate your kind action to ensure my parcel will delivered to me on 16.07.2018, Monday.

GDex / GD Express go shop haier air fryer

From the tracking record, my parcel already with Gdex since 06.07.2018 when I ordered from GoShop on 03.07.2018. However, till to date, 14.07.2018, I have yet to receive the parcel. Although I keep calling Gdex asking for the status of delivery, the keep saying that it will be delivered "soonest possible". After I ask them to be specific, they promise to deliver it by today i.e. 14.07.2018 but as expected, to no avail. Really terrible service. People thought Pos Laju is the worst but no, it's Gdex.

GDex / GD Express the service

Hi. I dont know if I should make a complaint to zalora or gdex since zalora use gdex as their courier. I bought something from zalora and pay the postage but it disappointed me when I have to pay the postage and still need to drive around 20-30mins to go to the nearest gdex to take my parcel. They used to send the parcel straight to my house but now, they just send the message to take the parcel within 3 days or it will resend back to zalora. I hope you can fix it. Here is the screenshot of the message.

Complaint to Zalora because they are the one that have an account with GDEX and decided to use GDEX service.
GDEX putting the item in another state could be their modus operandi which Zalora should know/find out.

GDex / GD Express clinique facial products stolen

I am Ms Wong Siew Fang from Sibu, Sarawak. I would like to lodge a complaint about the malicious act of stealing the products of customer. The parcel containing Clinique facial products that I bought was opened and all the pricey items like lotion, liquid facial soap and exfoliator were all stolen when I reached my hand this afternoon. The parcel was opened from the bottom and there were traces of the items being stolen (dented box and open sealing). The most frustrating thing is the one asking me to sign the delivery note asked me to carry it with care.

GDex / GD Express shipping period petaling jaya to kota kinabalu

Hi, I would like to complaint about your shipping period. I'd bought a product from a music stote in Petaling Jaya, they said for about 2 - 3 days upon arrival. I did ordered the products in June 21, now is June 27. From what I've observed, GDEX is very slow in delivery process and I'm dissapointed with your service. I'm waiting every second to receive my product but there is still NO. Please improve your service! Where is my products now?

Traiking Number : [protected]

Defect :

1. Glass cracked.

2. Button broken & unplugged.

You should figure out how to minimise defect rather than making an excuse.

If the problems is workload, you should consider adding up manpower.

Do not throw objects unless the landing place is soft.

Remember. You offer a service, if your service is bad. what is left?

hello haritu i dah call gdex punya office and cakap nak delivered parcel as soon as possible ni tengok still lagi stuck kat senai punya cawangan. saya nak pakai raya tolong ambik tidakan segera padahal saya dah order before 1 june lagi barang stuck kat situ dari 6 june. how can this happen? padahal zalora bagi estimate masa dari 6-8 june sekarang dah 11 june raya dah nak dekat takkan nak tunggu after raya baru nak pos. unfair la sebab saya order barang before tarikh tutup servis penghantaran

GDex / GD Express delaying delivery! empty promises!

Delaying to deliver item, delivery date promised 12th june 2018 and promise can deliver by today but end up nobody call claim only will deliver by tomorrow.

Reason : undelivered due to sorry card

But promise will call but end up nobody call! 1st time using gdex, and I promise this is the last time using gdex! Very poor service at all! Even pos laju also better then gdex!

I won't be accept any excuse for this!

GDex / GD Express late delivery, irresponsible customer service, delivered only 1 of 2 parcels, missing another parcel, the worst courier that I met

I bought something with Go Shop and the company used Gdex as the default courier. If I were given a chance to choose the courier company, I will definitely not choosing Gdex because it is the worst courier company that I ever experienced.

Consignment number: MY 40088255295, status in tracking page: delivered, but in fact, missed deliver part of the parcel (it should be 2 boxes, but only delivered 1 box).

My parcel already reached Kampur hub on 7th June morning, but the parcel has been left in the hub for few days (I dont understand the reason - the only reason that I can think of was inefficient of the courier service). I called Gdex customer service at 9am and checked the delivery status on 11th June. The customer service lady promised to check it with Kampar Gdex and get back to me. However, I waited for 2 hours and get no news/updates at all. Then I called again, the same answer was given by the customer service. It left me no choice and kept waiting for my parcel. Luckily, I was able to receive my parcel on the same day. BUT, part of the parcel has been left in the hub. In other words, Gdex only delivered part of my parcel and promised to deliver the remaining part by 12th.

AGAIN, I did not receive my remaining parcel on 12th. I called customer service Kampar at 4pm, the lady promised me to check with the person in charge and get back to me in 5 mins. As Gdex usual style, I waited for 30 mins without any news, then I called customer service again. To my surprise, the same lady answered the call, and apparently, she did nothing because she asked me the same questions as per the call earlier. Here again, the same answer was given -"I will check with the person in charge and call you bacl by today". It's 5pm now and no update/call from Gdex.

I was really upset and disappointed with Gdex service. Based on my experiences with Gdex, this was not the first time I had the same issue. In fact, I have been facing the similar bad service/issue with Gdex 3 times including this incident. Going forward, if any chance, I will not use Gdex again, NEVER!

For now, I WANT my parcel, please deliver it to me ASAP!

i also have same situation with you. my balance one parcel also no update. everytime i call customer service, they all only answer: will ask person in charge contact me. Fxxx... i want my parcel back.

GDex / GD Express parcel missing

1. Parcel was pick up on 06 June 2018.
2. Waybill no MY30014315835.
3. Total 2 carton (Company details was stated at the carton as per attached image).
4. Suppose to arrive receiver side on 07 June 2018(Pre-Alert, can refer email attached).

We call Gdex Bangi to get the status of the parcel and the staff there told us the parcel was separated during delivery from HQ to Bangi Station. One carton self collect by our customer at Gdex Bangi Station while another carton cannot be found until now. Its already pending for a long time and our customer need it urgently. We keep calling Gdex HQ, Bangi and Ipoh to confirm the status of the parcel from 07 June 2018 until today yet no answer from your side. This kind of issue really cause our company losses.

No choice, we want Gdex to refund for the missing parcel. Please advise us if there any document needed.

We look forward for your answer soonest possible.

Received call cakap otw hantar barang kerumah. Ok lah. That time mmg ade orang kat rumah. Biasa kalau poslaju, lepas receive call within 20min dah sampai depan rumah. Sejam tunggu tak datang datang.

Received lagi call. Marah2 tanya rumah kat mana. I did explain on the first call mana rumah i. Then I cakap tak de orang dekat rumah. Boleh pulak di tengking nya. Memang macam ni ke service dari gdex? Dah lah tunggu 2jam. Then bila kita tanya dekat mana boleh collect barang, cume cakap 'cari lah dekat senawang sendiri'.

*dah lah lambat hantar barang, cara cakap pon rude. Kalau taknak kerja jangan kerja.

*lain kali kasi estimate time untuk customer tahu. Ni tunggu sampai sejam tak muncul muncul. Lepas 2 jam baru nak sampai. Service ape ni

I apologize for the inconvenience given. I make cash of delivery on go shop. The goods have arrived at the given address but no one took at that time. Then I got a call from gdex ulu tiram saying my item was sent but no acceptance and I was told to take there. I ask for another way because i'm going away and working. So the employee sent my item at agent gdex kota tinggi. I came to gdex kota tinggi, they asked for tracking number but I can only order order number. The next day gdex ulu tiram call, I ask for the tracking number but he did not give it and then called the name of the order only. Then I call customer service 078632533 to request gdex ulu tiram number to check, I explain no tracking number and no first delivery notice is made. The employee asked for my helper number and after checking he would reconnect but until now nothing. I beg you to take action. I am self-employed for the delivery responsibility. Is not there a second delivery? Why not call the time until the goods? Why no notice? Please respond at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

GDex / GD Express always late /don't deliver with ton of excuses

We would like to lodge complaint regards the unprofessional services provided by gdex located in senai area, johor, malaysia.

We, always use the gdex in transaction yet 8 out of 10 time which the officer of senai officer always claim the lorry have not space to deliver our item and request us to pick up ourselves at the center.

Some of your officer claim they are overloaded in deliver which the main reason to delay our parcel too...

These caused us feel a bit upset and disappointed toward gdex...

GDex / GD Express parcel not reached /parcel still in custom processing around 18 days

i already call costumer service gdex and they said that parcel can not be traced and asked to wait...i already wait until 2weeks more but no result i get..i checked the parcel stil in costom processing around 2 weeks and i suggested this upnormal..Please do action for this issue. i can't more patient for this...i want my parcel back.I hope the gdex is responsible for losing my parcel..
