GDex / GD Expressgoods lost/ being stolen

I received my parcel on 26 Oct 2018, but found that one of the box inside my parcel has been open, the things inside the box has been stolen. Then i went to the Gdex centre which located at Paya Terubong to lodge a report. The customer service lady said will report to HQ and give me a report no to trace. However, after the report for one month plus, i still haven't receive any new from HQ. I tried to called and the staff said they need to refer to the merchant in China. I said this is nothing related to the seller, but is a stolen case in your branch. Or do u need me to lodge a police report regarding the stolen case?
